The atmosphere is so charged that Columbia officials announced students can attend classes and even possibly take exams virtually starting Monday – the first day of Passover, a major Jewish holiday set to begin in the evening. They need a clear out first.

    There is no set time for them to respond but I seriously doubt they measure such requests in days. And Manilla is backed up so could be a long wait and you are looking at a CRBA. Is there any reason she could not just interview in HK. The Doctor can test for prior jabs.

    As far as the US is concerned they treat you as a USC. I do not speak Spanish, well just a bit, have never heard of Spain having an issue with duals, I have come across a lot of people from South America who have both. Should be easy enough to google the Spanish position.

    Never occured to me that you had to have a phone number, anyway it works or it does not. They would need to know the Country Code.

    All the cases I have seen that have had issues have related to parent proof of residency, so do you have that down pat? Child’s Brazilian birth certificate (original and copy): applicants with Brazilian birth certificates filed on or after January 1, 2018, must submit the original full-content birth certificate (“inteiro teor”), which can be obtained at the “cartório” where the birth was registered. I did not see the translation bit, you would have thought they would know what it says bit unless it says otherwise you could translate. SSN absolutely. Good Luck!
