  1. Everyone goes through AP, some are much longer.
  2. Sad lack of coverage in the MSM, you would have thought mega MAGA would have attracted their attention?
  3. The I 20 specifies how much money she needs to show, if she has the money then that is all this is required. What does she want to study and where?
  4. Usually the Company Immigration lawyer would be involved What sort of job is it
  5. Presumably you have considered the domicile issue and sponsorship?
  6. His Passport would have expired but yes you can ask the Consulate to return them
  7. You are the USC then yes you file. What documents?
  8. The I 130 would have died so he needs to refile.
  9. The only reason Global Entry would make any sense is if she had it, which seems unlikely
  10. Now what was I doing as mentioned there is much more to this than mentioned and no doubt the reason most are refused.
  11. He has to have the right form to decline it.
  12. I have not been an A Student of the I 864 for sometime, now @pushbrk is and I will leave it to him. I did think the amount you mentioned was a home and presumably the one you live in so does not count. Is he an Israeli? Seems a lot of Russians are going through Jerusalem.
  13. The number of United States citizens traveling to Mexico amounted to 33.54 million in 2022. I assume it is more now. I have been to Mexico quite a few times, I know people who retired and decided to move to Mexico primarily because their money goes a lot further. People who spend the winter there, people who have second homes etc etc. If it was just being a victim of crime or a potential victim then I doubt there is anyone on this site who would not qualify. I assume the Daughter is also a Mexican Citizen, the only real reference to her is that she can sponsor her if she is over 21.
  14. You need a well qualified Joint Sponsor, what is the nature if the $116,000 assets? And which Consulate?
  15. We have members who have gone the I 601 route, refused a visa and given the opportunity to file a waiver. Good luck
  16. You need the medical before they can issue the visa, sometimes we see the medical happening after the interview.
  17. Mexicans were able to travel to Canada visa free but I think that ended at the end of Feb,
  18. Has she considered moving? To be eligible for asylum in the United States, a person must first meet the definition of a refugee as established in the Immigration and Naturalization Act. This means that they have a fear of persecution due to their race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or their inclusion in a particular social group.
  19. CR1 would obviously have been better but sounds like you are too far in to switch Forget about a B
  20. Not normal and wondering the same.
