  5. Might as well apply for a B. Single Females PI not an obvious option C or B.

  8. Delay the process until you sort yourself out
  9. The usual process is you fill in the DS150, you go to the interview, you are asked 2 0r 3 questions. I have not heard of anyone being asked how they get paid.
  10. I thought you changed your mind and crossed it out, but agree unclear what the plan is.
  11. Theoretically you could file a WoM, now whether that would be a good idea is another matter... Very difficult to comment with no information. Certainly something to consider.

  14. Correct So what did you do, we are now in May
  15. Airlines do not seem to like it, now with a K1 book the return out as far as possible in case you want to use it and have AP. Otherwise remember to cancel the return unless the system mistakenly thinks you used it.
  16. LDRs are EXPENSIVE and in your case you have not even met. Not sure I understand the point of a B, you can not afford to visit?, and the chances of getting one with your situation and prior refusal are vanishingly small. Perhaps wait and see, until you can meet and then see how it goes.
  17. You need to file the I 130 you may well need to explain what the plan is, are your sponsoring the other parent?
  18. Could you employ a local Lawyer to act on your behalf. Obviously guessing as I do not know the details.
