    She is here on the VWP. No visa. ESTA gets you on the plane and allows you to seek entry. When adjusting from the VWP it is perhaps more important to file within the 90 days. I have a preference for adjusting assuming all others things are equal but obviously do not know your details.

    To work as a Nurse you still need work authorisation like anyone else would to work.

    I do not do Facebook but perhaps they are asked about them a lot. Not expedited but generally F visa appointments are quick to get. You do not petition Student visas, presumably they are wealthy and provided financial support.

    My impression is that Denver is a total mess, Aurora is wanting to do something about it. Well from people who actually live there. Now the proximate cause of the issue is obvious.
