You are supposed to get a green card eventually.  Used to be most of these arrived within 30 days. Now it takes longer.  
 
Despite paying extra for these, it doesn’t seem like a high priority for USCIS to to deliver green cards to LPRs who have an I-551.
 
The endorsed IR1 visa is an I-551 and is good through September 2022.  Hopefully you will get the green card by August.  If not call USCIS, say “info pass”; and ask for an I-551 stamp.  The stamp will be good for a year.

Hi!  We had a joint sponsor when submitting to the NVC as my foreign income we did not list under total taxable income in the US (was working in Canada at the time).  I then moved back to the US and got a job that more than covered what we needed to make, and had that on my most recent tax return.
 
When my spouse went for the interview, he brought both my tax return and our joint sponsor's and by the time my spouse got to the interview window the CO informed us that he removed the joint sponsor as it was unnecessary to have him on.  We didn't have to ask or anything

wanted to give an update, we just got the email that my spouse's passport is being delivered!  in terms of wait times post interview, monday morning (sept 13) (interview was at 8:15) his status changed to Issued: necessary administrative processing, and then yesterday around 5pm est it changed to issued; final processing, and now today it is being shipped!  if this helps anyone
 
on the tracking website it still shows Appointment as our current status lol but also shows the tracking number, so not sure how up to date that field is!

Perfect, we should be all set then.

Hi all, my passport with visa inside was returned to me today (issued September 9th, 2021) and we are over the moon! I never received my "Welcome to America" letter at the end of my interview, but this letter was included alongside my passport. So if you didn't receive one at your interview but you were approved, it's likely coming in the mail with your passport!
 
We are planning to make the final move in January, after I recover from surgery for cancer. Thank you so much to this forum for the advice and morale over these last months. ❤ VJ family is invaluable!

Just a hunch but it’ll change this week and your passport will be sent out on Friday. You should receive it early next week

Just wanted to provide an update re my SSN, still no sign of it. But the SSA was able to give me an appointment at their Bellingham Office tomorrow to get one sorted out. If any of y'all need to do this, your best bet is calling your local SSA office the moment they open for the day. They only book appointments over the following three days so they go quick, but if you get one, you won't be waiting long either. You have to call your local office as the national SSA helpline cannot book appointments.

Traffic ticket is not a crime or criminal offense and do not need to be included.  Good luck!

We uploaded his 2020 tax returns and I was not asked for any documents regarding income at the interview, just what he did for a living

1. yes you can; that doesn't matter.
2. the form is broken and has been for quite a while.
3. solution: don't use the fillable features on the form, type text comments using the pdf editor of your choice.
