Comments? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Justice Shrugged: The Persecution of Donald Trump Here's what I dream of Donald Trump saying when he stands trial on bogus charges proffered by his political opponents: "I do not recognize this court's right to try me... 11. This is easy and compelling reading. Comments? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Taking Aim at the First Amendment Last week's federal indictment of Donald Trump is a watershed moment in the politicization and weaponization of the Department of Justice. The DOJ is doing that which it accuses President Trump of doing -- attempting to change the election and deprive Americans of their right to vote by advancing extreme legal theories. 15. And you thought that we'd forgotten our hilarious Official Weekly VAWA-Thread Joke! =================================== TECHNOLOGY RACE After having dug to a depth of 1,000 meters, Scottish scientists found traces of copper wire dating back 1,000 years. They concluded that their ancestors already had a telephone network 1,000 years ago. Not to be outdone by the Scots, English scientists dug to a depth of 2,000 meters, and shortly afterward, headlines in the U.K. newspapers read, "English archaeologists have found traces of 2,000-year-old copper wire and have concluded that their ancestors already had an advanced high-technology communications network a thousand years earlier than did the Scots." One week later, Texas newspapers reported the following: "After digging as deep as 5,000 meters in West Texas, scientists have found absolutely nothing. They therefore conclude that, 5,000 years ago, Texas inhabitants were already using wireless technology."
