  1. I think McGovern got dumped by a filipina and he's taking it out on the rest of us
  2. To give you an idea of how it's going, she was stunned by Walmart.
  3. They made me wait five days lol, anyway glad to hear that obnoxious little hurdle was gotten over with easily enough
  4. I asked the usher where we should go because we were entering together, and he took us to the front of the foreign nationals line. They didn't ask about money.
  5. We're in Dallas. Customs took about two minutes. My wife and I entered together and she's now an LPR!
  6. Also FYI, they're going to be closed on August 21 for Ninoy Aquino Day, and on the 28th as well.
  7. Yes, just keep in mind that it's only good for 6 months.
  8. It's silly. You have to bring your itinerary, some 2x2 passport photos, copy of your latest visa extension, copy of ACR if you have one, copy of passport bio page, copy of passport visa page, and a couple other things I don't remember, and they don't release it for five days. IIRC it's good for a month. If you do it a couple weeks before your flight you should be fine.
  9. Yes... Our priority date was November 10th 2021, and between that point and when we actually received the visa, it was just endless uncertainty and shifting estimates. The whole process *sucks*. The uncertainty wouldn't matter so much if it was a six month period, not a two year period. ____ We both secured our exit clearances today from the CFO/Bureau of Immigration. Heading to the states next Tuesday. @aaroncv3 I know you mentioned you've been in the Philippines for 10 months, I don't know if you know this, but you need to get an exit clearance from the bureau of immigration before you leave or they won't let you board.
  10. They've had years to figure this out, the way they've been treating us is unacceptable. I feel bad for everyone who's been DQ'd and is still waiting. I don't even understand. What's the point of sitting on spousal visas until everyone gets angry? What's the point of doing it a *second* time?
  11. What's important to remember about this process is that none of the agencies involved talk to each other, none of the people inside the agencies talk to each other, and none of them will talk to you either.
