It's hard enough for U.S. authorities to retrieve expunged records. Imagine how difficult this would be for authorities in foreign countries. I think it's Canada that won't let U.S. citizens in if there's a conviction for DUI, DWI, or similar (others can confirm or correct this). An expunged misdemeanor arrest from 9 years ago would almost certainly be beyond their capability to research. If you have a U.S. passport with at least 6 months of validity left on it, you can travel just about anywhere, of course keeping in mind any lengths of stay or work permits required by other countries. I wouldn't worry about your arrest.

Thrilling Saturday non-ES report, see man: We and Mini-B. slept in, zzz Two Guys man. Breakfast was late, corn dogs* for Mini-B. nothing for us man. *one of the major food groups, si man Lunch was toucans (onecan each) of S+Ms, ingest Two Guys man. Our attempted siesta was hosed by the Landscape Mexicans on the street, we man. Din-din was burnt pork ends (Aldi) and tater tots (Aldi), ingest Two Guys man. There were precisely Many (2x2x2x2 +1) tater tots for each of us, nicely divisible man. The TTs tasted excellent when mingled with the BBQ sauce of the pork ends, agree Two Guys man. Mini-B. high-Many'd (high-[2+2+1]'d) us afterward, another winning Two Guys din-din man. We then went to the J.J. Watt Charity Softball Game, Two Guys activity man. The teams were Current Texans vs. Texans Legends, current/former players man. The line of cars to get in was backed up onto the highway feeder, good grief man. Nevertheless, we got to see most of the Home Run Derby, some pretty good blows man. The weather was perfect, Many degrees F. but overcast with breeze, dodge the monsoons man. Stadium was very full, Many,000 capacity man. Several amazingly hot rubias were in attendance, note we for later harem-recruitment man. We bought a "bottomless popcorn" for $Many -- si man, $Many -- rip-off man. The stuff is intentionally oversalted to make eaters buy overpriced drinks, blatant act man. We had only 2 fills of said popcorn bucket, rip-off price per unit man. However, this made Many (one Manyzen + 2) popcorns for Two Guys week, pad our totals man. The Texans Legends beat the Current Texans Many-to-1 ([2x2x2x2 +2]-to-1), wipeout man. There were 2 inside-the-park home runs, legitimate man. We left just before the Many'th (2x2x2 -1th) inning, beat the crowd out man. Mini-B. seemed very well pleased with the excursion, pleased wee man. We dropped Mini-B. at the casa and headed out to grocery for Mama T-B., needed Sunday man. We returned in time for a much-needed shower, Clean for Gene we man. Ex-Mrs.-T-B. texted us multiple times to ask "everything OK huh man," helicopter-mommy ex-she man man. We answered that we'd been kidnapped by the malos**, ransom required man. **Hispanic baddies, prevalent throughout south-of-border Western hemisphere man Ex-she man responded, "But are you home, huh man," respond ex-she man man. We answered that the malos accepted Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal, pay now or regret it forever man. Mini-B. still coughing, we hate that for him and in general man. He's loopy-tired but still awake in his room, almost midnight man. He'll be a wreck for our Sunday visit to Mama T-B., assuredly man. It was a great Two Guys day, conclude we man.

Foolish humans, getting excited about routine behavior... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ In a first, an orangutan was seen treating his wound with a medicinal plant An orangutan named Rakus hit a rough patch in the summer of 2022. Researchers heard a fight between male orangutans in the treetops of a rainforest in Sumatra, Indonesia; a day later, they spotted Rakus sporting a pink wound below his right eyelid. A chunk of flesh about the size and shape of a puzzle piece was missing. When Rakus, who is most likely in his 30s, belted out a long call, the researchers noticed another wound inside his mouth. Over the next several days, researchers followed Rakus at a distance — and saw something so surprising they wound up reporting it in great detail in the journal Scientific Reports. According to their study, published Thursday, Rakus was observed repeatedly chewing on the leaves of a particular liana plant over several days. The climbing vine is not a typical food for orangutans, but it is known to humans as a pain reliever. [...] https://www.yahoo.com/news/first-orangutan-seen-treating-wound-150254658.html -

'Shark Tank' star Kevin O'Leary says pro-Palestinian student protesters are 'screwed' when they apply for jobs because employers will identify them through AI "Shark Tank" host and investor Kevin O'Leary says pro-Palestinian student protesters will be "screwed" when they start job hunting. This, O'Leary says, is because employers can now use AI technology to screen applicants and filter out those who have taken part in protests. Advancements in technology have made it much easier to identify people on camera, the businessman added. "Here's your resume with a picture of you burning a flag. See that one. That goes in this pile over here, cause I can get the same person's talent in this pile that's not burning anything," O'Leary told Fox News' The Five on Wednesday. Outside Instigators: Nearly Half of Those Arrested at Columbia and CCNY Were Not Students [...] there has been a lot of discussion about "outside instigators" at the various Liberated Zones set up on campuses around the country. In general, the left has downplayed or dismissed the idea that the protesters are anything but progressive students. On the other hand, less progressive Democrats seem almost eager to blame what they are seeing on outside forces. Today we learned that there may be something to the talk about outside agitators after all. The NYPD has revealed that nearly half of those arrested at Columbia and City College of New York were not affiliated with the school.
