Any person who is fluent in both languages can translate a document.  They MUST certify the translation by including the following statement:

That is why it says "(unless you are filing your Form I-485 with the Form I-130 filed on your behalf)"

I-797 is not needed in your situation.

In all necks of the woods, ppl must obtain a marriage license to get married. That document is then brought to the wedding ceremony and signed by the officiant of your ceremony and submitted to the county office for processing. Shortly after, the couple receives a certified marriage certificate to prove that they have been legally married.
The marriage license does not prove that your marriage has taken place. It only ALLOWS you to get married. The marriage certificate does that. (Ie if I got a hunting license that doesnt mean I've gone hunting and it doesnt mean I've shot a big one, stuffed it and hung it from my rec room ceiling either).
If you state that we require a marriage LICENSE as proof of marriage as evidence for the AOS application you will have many ppl confused and scrambling to get a copy of their marriage license which they do not need. Remember, not everyone understands English in these forums so it's best not to confuse anyone.

There is an online form: https://egov.uscis.gov/coa/displayCOAInitForm.do?fromFirstCoaPage=true After moving and you have received the Receipt numbers select "Yes" for "Have you filed an immigration-related application or petition and have not yet received a decision notice, card, or document?"

Also in the "Case Information" section click on "Add more receipt number's" so that you can enter the 3* Receipt numbers: I-485, I-765, and I-131

*The US citizen fills out theirs separately for the I-130. https://egov.uscis.gov/coa/displayCOAInitForm.do?fromFirstCoaPage=true

Please don't rely on random information you find on the internet. You will notice that @HRQX answered all your questions with a USCIS link, which is the ONLY reliable source for things related to immigration. I know their website may be a bit difficult to navigate, but you will find lots of useful instructions for every form there.

Don't delay filing for AOS. Since you already married you are no longer eligible for the K-1 anyways.
IMO, it's optional. If you do it, send it separately to the California Service Center.

I wouldn’t bother with the withdrawal of I-129F it will die off on its own...

Go ahead and file AOS etc.

Another form that is no longer required is I-944: https://www.uscis.gov/green-card/green-card-processes-and-procedures/public-charge "Applicants and petitioners should not provide information or evidence related solely to the Public Charge Final Rule. That means that applicants for adjustment of status should not submit Form I-944, Declaration of Self Sufficiency, or any evidence or documentation required by Form I-944 when they file their Form I-485."

No. After 2017 it's no longer used for Adjustment of Status since I-485 now asks the information that G-325A used to ask.

Just a note that it's free to file I-765 and I-131 if full I-485 fee is paid: https://www.uscis.gov/feecalculator I-765 and I-131 are optional but I highly recommend filing them. With an approved I-765 you'll be eligible for SSN; you can also consent in I-765 for USCIS to forward your info to SSA after I-765 approval. And approved Advance Parole is good to have in case unexpected emergency travel comes up. For I-131 dates not needed. Put "TBD" for the Date of the trip; and "As needed" for the purpose of the trips. You might need to handwrite "TBD" in that field if the PDF editor doesn't let you. And select the box for Multiple trips.

    Yes.
For clarification is your spouse a US citizen or a LPR?

I-130 and I-864 are filled-out by the US citizen, and the rest of the forms by the immigrant. In general, send the following four packets (*note that I-765 and I-131 packets are optional, but highly recommended) in the same envelope to the Chicago Lockbox:
I-130 with I-130A and copy of marriage certificate, filing fees, etc.; I-485 with I-864 and supporting documents, electronic I-94 copy, filing fees, etc.; I-765 with electronic I-94 copy, etc.; and I-131 with electronic I-94 copy, etc. You'll separate each packet with rubber bands or fasteners: https://www.uscis.gov/forms/forms-information/form-filing-tips
On the I-130 packet, I-130 payment method (check, money order, or Form G-1450) must be the very first item of this packet.
On the I-485 packet, I-485 payment method (check, money order, or Form G-1450) must be the very first item of this packet.

IIRC, the OP isn't Turkish or otherwise going through the Turkish embassy; she's Russian, and met her fiancé in Turkey because it's one of the few places open to both Americans and Russians right now.

Do you not have passport stamps showing that you were both in Turkey at the same time?  No need to bother with bill translations if you have passport stamps, maybe supported by pictures of you together at touristy places in Turkey.

USCIS is aware of shortened versions of names, especially really obvious ones,  but they ask specifically for it, and so I wouldn't advise leaving it out. It's not hard to do, and costs nothing to write it in.

No.  They know that nicknames are not legal names.  If you want to be extra thorough, you can put a note under Additional Information, something like "Beneficiary's nickname does not appear in any official document."

I don't think it will hurt adding it but isn't it pretty obvious that most people go by a short version of their name? Like Thomas usually goes by Tom and it's no secret, Alexander goes by Alex, William goes by Bill or Will. I'm pretty sure anyone doing background checks is aware of this. Now if your name is John and you go by "The Pumpkin" or something, then that's a different matter.

I believe you should answer every question as completely as you can. You never know when you will be called out on it if you don't. It asks specifically for nicknames, and they have their reasons for that. Obviously, some people have been fine leaving it out, but I would never advise it. You'll never get into trouble answering all the questions accurately.

My wife goes by a nickname based off of her real name, it’s what I’ve always called her. However, this nickname is not on any official documents. It’s on her twitter account though, which I believe she had to provide with the DS 160. We didn’t put it on the form you’re filling out. She’s here in the US with me right now on an approved K1, were married and just submitted our AOS package. You should be good not to in my experience, we sent the I-192F ~last May.

The instructions say to include nicknames, so include it.  They will find out anyway at the interview stage because you'll need to disclose your social media names on the DS form.

It only took the congressman a few days to find out the reason for denial.  The consulate said that they didn't believe the relationship was real.  Since then we got married and went the CR1 route.  My wife is now in the US.
