    we filed married filing seperatly because she was getting 2500 back and I had to pay 3000. Together we would have had to pay almost 4000. Just the way it worked out. saved me 3500. didnt even question it at interview.

    That is correct. They do have a passport service if your traveling in 2 weeks or something like that but it will cost you.

    We took the documents that we uploaded and the ones that they asked for. Only checked the IDs and such. all the uploaded evidence was not looked at.

    My wife was out of status for 24 years when we got married. Was not an issue and all is forgiven. Only requirement is that you came here legally and was inspected at the boarder. You'll need your I94 information. Took us a year to get that but that's another story. We never filed a 485a either. 485 130 131 765 864, that's it.

    Your Fees Pay their Salarys Now about the IO not taking care of Your I751. First of all what is the Status of your I751? Where is it (what service center). This IO may not be qualified to give the ok to remove the conditions. Maybe there is an issue that needs to be resolved befor it can be completed. There's an old saying. Never hire friends or family to work for you. Your lawyer friend does not sound that experienced to make statments that you have quoted him.. Its not over till its over. Your wife is not qualified for naturalization until this meaningless I751 is put to bed.

    Depends where you live. We have Earthquakes, Wild fires, Tornados, Huricanes and too much snow causing cave ins on the roof. Mud slides are also common in some areas. These items sometimes wipe out entire communities. Then their is liability and burglary ins. Live in a big city this will jack up your rates too. I live in a suburb of Boston. $650000 home I pay about $900 a year. Shop around as prices can vary as much as $500 a year for the same coverage.

    You wont get a same day Oath but wont delay interview. After your approved for naturalization your namechange paperwork goes to the federal court then they schedule you for a oath ceromoney

    This is information about the parents, the little footnote "at Birth if different than above" means their birthname before the above name was changed if it is different. not talking about the applicant. Do not read into questions.

    Send a copy and bring original to interview if IO needs to see it. I have an all in one printer so I can Scan, copy and Print copies. Serves you well when you want to make .pdf files to upload during N400 Process.

    According to USCIS calculator your earliest date you could file is 1/8/2022 so you should be fine.
