some people use different addresses for mailing purposes. On a lot of forms you see residental address and mailing address, Not so far fetched and you shouldnt have a problem because of it.
Probably no appointments available at your local office and you were given this one to help clear your case. Depends how fast you want a green card whether to reschedule. Reschedule will set you back in time.
I would bring certified copy in case you get overly technical agent if you know what I mean. Some times that offical seal they apply will satisfy any questions,
Using a little logic here but you wouldnt need the stamp if you had the NOA. Cant give them what you dont have. Have reciept # so they can verify your status and stamp the passport.
One thing I might add to the camera tickets. If they dont have a picture of the operator and just the plate number the owner gets the ticket as you are responsible for the operation of your vehicle. Back in the 70s the German Police would come to our barracks to collect the fines. With him would be a picture of your car with the plate and you operating it. Hard to dispute the violation and we just paid lol
Dont know what they have in Hungary but here we have a certicicate of Absolute divorce which is issued 90 days after the divorce date. That is what I provided. Never had to submit a divorce decree. Check out that option if they have one. "Certicicate of Absolute Divorce" See if they have this in Hungary. Its available from the court that granted the divorce.
You get wjat you pay for. I have been dealing with USCIS fpr 7 years now. They tried to raise the fees but everybody complained so fees are the same. Seeing that USCIS is self supporting, we are going through worst recession in 50 years and the workload of free services (you dont think the illegals are actually going to pay) and everything has gone up in price so to keep the budget services are way down. Thats my take on all this. iIn 2017 our 485 was 7 months, 2019 our 751 was 10 months and 2020 was our N400 7 months. Good times eh
I think they are saying some countries still require a visa for LPRs. I know my wife being from the philippines still needed a visa to enter Italy at the time. I know Bermuda also lets you in as we visited there.
That would be great, we leave on the 15th. I tried going to the Philippines web sites and its confusing. that e travel thing can only be filled out a few days befor you leave so make sure they do that.
