  1. First question: What level of detail is required for part 2 item number 54 asking about the circumstances of our in-person meeting within the past two years? First of all, I am assuming they only care about our most recent meeting, not all meetings or details about when and how we first met and started dating. Is this true or should I try and summarize our relationship and meetings in a few sentences? Something like "we first met in 2019.... we see each other 2-3 times per year.... our most recent in person meeting was...". Is this acceptable? Second question: Our most recent in-person meeting was for 4 months in the US while my fiance was here with me while completing an internship under a J1 visa. We also took a vacation in the US during this time. Is this acceptable evidence to submit for the in-person meeting (her J1 visa, plane tickets, photos, and tickets of the vacation)?
  2. Hello, I have a question regarding address history for college dorms/apartments. Do I need to list "temporary" college dorm/aparment addresses as part of my address history? My official permanent address was always listed as my parents home at the time and that is the address that remained on my ID for my duration of college? I also spent summer and time between semesters at my home/permanent address so it would become a long timeline listing moves between college dorms/apartments and back home for summers/breaks. Another question: Should I also list myself as a "student" under employment history for the last 5 years? I was a student for 3 of those 5 years with a few summer/internship jobs that I will also list along with my current full time job. Would it complicate things if I listed myself as a student but then did not provide a dorm address? My college was in the same state as my home/permanent address.
  3. Hello, I am currently filling out Form I-129F. I am confused as to whether we need to include my fiances most recent Form I-94 about her entry to the US. She HAS been to the US numerous times but is NOT currently here. The USCIS filing instructions say to provide information about my fiances most recent entry for this section, BUT the actual form states "If your beneficiary is currently in the United States, complete Item Numbers 38.a. - 38.h." which asks for Form I-94 and additional information. So based on that, since she is NOT currently in the US, we would not fill out that section??? However, we then would not be providing information about her most recent entry to the US??? Do we need to attach it or not? What have others done and what has been the result? Thanks for your advice.
