  1. If you scroll through the thread carefully, you have already addressed that to me in December of 2022.
  2. ~~ 4 year old thread closed for comment. Please start a new thread if you have questions ~~
  3. Apart from the naturalization issue, forget about ever sponsoring somebody else to immigrate to the US.
  4. ~~ Two similar threads merged. Please do not start multiple threads asking same or related questions as that’s considered spamming ~~
  5. Unless it’s the K1 FTP letter which is standard and is not a welcome letter, then that is a very rare exception that is almost unheard of.
  6. “Note: Present and former residents of the United States do NOT need to submit any U.S. police certificates.” https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-5-collect-financial-evidence-and-other-supporting-documents/step-7-collect-civil-documents.html
  7. It’s taking anywhere from 60-90 days, possibly over 90 days.
  8. ~~ Topic moved from Progress Reports to Process ~~ Biometrics are not part of I-131 process, only I-485 and I-765.
  9. NVC does not send welcome letters to K1 applicants. You will have to contact them to get your case number to see it’s status on CEAC.
  10. You have created three separate threads on this matter. I merged them into one. Please keep all further questions here instead of starting a new thread. Thanks.
  11. Please keep us posted! This is incredibly weird, I wish it wasn’t such a hassle!
  12. Three related threads have been merged. @boosack please do not start any more more threads on this subject as that’s considered spamming. Keep further posts in this thread only. Creation of new threads and subsequent spamming will result in administrative action against your account. VJ Moderation
  13. I’m surprised to hear that you have to have a Kazakh card to pay through ePay, in my memory it could be an international one too. Back before ePay existed and when I had to pay for a non immigrant visa fee, I had to physically go to the closest Halyk bank (which the ePay system belongs to and the bank the US consulate uses to collect fees from applicants) office and paid my fee there after which it took several hours to “clear” on UStravedocs. My initial thought is to go a Halyk bank branch and present this to them, they might be able to help I do hope @HashWad comes back to tell us how MIL was able to pay
  14. ~~ Hijack post removed. Please start your own thread if you have questions ~~
  15. Yes It doesn’t need to be notarized I would bring evidence of having met each other similar to what was submitted with I-129f as well as the letters of intent. That being said, Manila isn’t too demanding with presenting that evidence so you might not be asked for it. However, I’m always of the opinion that it’s better to bring documents and not be asked for them rather than not bring something and be asked for it.

  19. ~~ Topic moved to Moving to the US forum where similar questions are discussed ~~ Visa number as you’re not yet a permanent resident/green card holder. You become one once CBP processes you at the port of entry. Up until that point, you’re a spousal visa holder.
  20. 12-14 months for USCIS stage (I-130 approval) Then couple of months for NVC to approve documents to become Documentarily qualified (DQ) DQ to interview, at current pace for Islamabad consulate, takes another two years. Total: between 3 to 4 years for Pakistan applicants see below: https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/k1list.php?op6=All&op66=All&op7=Pakistan&op1=3&op2=&dfile=No&op3=5&op4=1&op5=5%2C6%2C8%2C10%2C11%2C13%2C14%2C15%2C16%2C17%2C18%2C20%2C21%2C22%2C25%2C26%2C27%2C28%2C108%2C110%2C111%2C208%2C210%2C211&cfl=
