  5. Meeting in person prior to filing the petition is the most crucial part of filing. No meeting = no approval. COVID is not an excuse that USCIS entertains, we have seen it countless times. There’s no appeal, you must refile but at least this time you’re eligible because you met in person.
  6. Did you fulfill the in person meeting requirement before filing the I-129f petition?
  7. ~~ Topic moved from Process & Procedures to Progress Reports ~~ From what I’m reading I’m assuming you mean your I-129f petition was denied. Please confirm. Did you fulfill the in person meeting requirement before filing the I-129f?
  8. Did you check what you wrote in those sections? If USCIS made an error then it makes sense that they’re now forwarding it to NVC.

  10. All I-129f are processed in California with a small percentage being forwarded to Vermont (if background certain crimes that fall under AWA). I’ve never heard or seen that in the most recent years 18 to 24 seems to be a good guess

  12. That does not look right. USCIS might ask for a new medical as this was not completed correctly.
  13. What does page 2 say? Does it say K1 applicants completed all vaccines? In that case you do not need any of you received blanket waivers.
  14. You’re not eligible anymore as you’ve already applied with USCIS.
  15. ~~ Duplicate thread removed. Do not start multiple threads on same or related topic as that’s spamming the forums ~~
  16. ~~ Topic moved to Working & Traveling forum ~~
  17. ~~ Topic moved from Process & Procedures to Progress Reports ~~ According to USCIS, your case is processing normally. The earliest you can submit an inquiry for an outside normal processing time is March 6, 2024. This is all found on https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ and if you scroll down you can input your NOA1 date to see the above message. At this time, there’s nothing to do but wait.
  18. ~~ Two related threads merged. Please do not start a thread for each question relating to the K1 process as that’s spamming the forums. Keep all questions and follow ups relating to the K1 process in THIS thread. Thanks ~~
  19. ~~ Threads on the same topic merged. Do not start multiple threads on same or related topics as that’s spamming the forums ~~
  20. ~~ Hijack post and reply split into a separate thread ~~
  21. ~~ Above post and reply were split from a different member’s thread. Do not post your own questions in other members threads, please start your own discussion topic ~~
