I completed my I 134 form but wanted to make sure if we are supposed to submit it somewhere or if the beneficiary takes it to their visa interview. I want to make sure I am not missing something. I have had it completed for a week now, but want to make sure I am not supposed to mail it or submit it in a website?

Question.. once the I 134 form is completed, where do we submit it? Or is it a from that is only supposed to be brought into the interview? I just want to make sure I didn't do something wrong.

Received my case number through an email after requesting it, but when I try to log in, it asks for an invoice number too. Has anyone had this problem too? NVC emailed me and said they forwarded my paperwork to the embassy already last week but I haven’t received anything by mail.

So I was able to get my Case number emailed to me, but in order to make an account, it’s also asking for an invoice number? Do you guys happen to know how I can get this number and why I haven’t received the packet yet either?!

I have emailed them and asked for the case number, but they keep saying my information isn’t in the system yet, but it’s been 70 days.

It’s been 70 days since my case was approved but I have not yet received my NVC welcome letter. I have made inquiries to the NVC, but nothing yet. Anyone know how long it’s taking and if it will affect anything since the approval notice is only valid for a certain amount of time?

Finally got my case approved after waiting 13 months!! Just waiting on the letter to come in mail. Do you guys know how long it takes to receive it and to start the next step after?

So at this point I should just wait for USCIS to send me a RFE? Or would I automatically get denied?

My lawyer is an immigration lawyer and he’s been doing this for 44 years. He helped out a couple of family members with the same thing as me. I just spoke to him and he told me that it is not required to send with the initial application, until or IF they ask for it. It gave me a little comfort, but I’m still overwhelmed. They received my application May 13th,2022 and still waiting for the second letter. I know they are backed up right now, but waiting extra time is giving me anxiety lol

Hello. I am new to this and I am kind of confused to where I am able to start a topic. But I do have a question.. When I applied for the I-129F, I sent pictures of my fiancé and I, and I also sent proof of the flights and hotels we stayed at. But with all the searching I did online, I saw that you also needed to send a "proof of intent to marry within 90 days of being in US", but we never did that. The lawyer who helped us never told us we needed it. Did you guys have to send something like that in with your forms other than pictures and proof that you met? I am getting worried we will get denied since we didn't sent that part, but the application itself should be proof we want to marry.. Also said to send date of marriage we want, but how could we send that if we don't even know when or if we would get approved? What did you all submit with your I-129F application?
