Jarrod, there are people legitimately trying to ask for help here.  You seem to be in a fairly stable immigration status right now, whereas, given the pandemic, the OP is worried about finances and is worried enough to be considering an expedite.

Right but they are all YSC which is the Potomac service center. If your receipt number begins with something else then this website isn’t relevant. All they are doing is scraping YSC data off the USCIS website...I haven’t seen anything similar for MSC receipts.

Our interview was rescheduled! Case status is now 'Interview Was Scheduled'. Will wait for the mail to see what the date is.
 
We originally filed in December, had an interview scheduled for early April, and had that cancelled in late March. We've been on Interview Ready to Schedule since early May. It updated today.
 
So it looks like cancelled interviews are now being scheduled.
 

50% of the cases are now adjudicated in 8.5 months compared  to 12 months.  Considering covid that is a significant and most probably an unexpected improvement 
 
It is taking longer to get to 93% rate but those are typically the more difficult ones or ones that have had RFEs, etc.. which inherently take longer.

USCIS has now resumed processing all I485 applications, so the "hold" is now off. The author of this article tweeted this:

Surely they have to exempt spouses of US Citizens. If anything, I am sure this will get walked back (like all other Trump started issues) and have a bunch of exemptions. I wouldn't worry about it too much.
