Priority is about the same. I think generally there are just more K1 applied for than CR1/IR1 at this particular embassy. The litigation is for K1 because we have no opportunity to transfer our cases to other embassies so we are completely stuck in limbo

Keep checking up to and after April 23 - the 60 days.  7 weeks is only 49 days.

Tax returns do not indicate CURRENT income.  A tax return indicates past income.  The latest tax return or tax transcript MUST be submitted with the I-864, but it is not part of current annual income calculation. As I stated above, CURRENT annual income is calculated as follows:
CURRENT pay period gross income (from latest pay stub) X number of pay periods (pay stubs) in a year (12 months) = CURRENT annual income.

The embassy might hire an enterpreter at the end of the day . If there is a will there is a way. There are millions of reasons why they can't make it. 

Yes. Just read the visa carefully to make sure your name is spelled correctly, etc. 
 
At POE you will hand over the white envelope. Someone from CBP will open it and check the contents and your visa, then send you on your way to baggage claim.

Except for me and my fiancee being in the first round of plaintiffs from a non-travel banned country and we are getting married this Thursday.
