yup. I heard somebody else getting DQ within a month too. Not sure why some cases are being processed faster than the others though. My NOA1 was early Jan 2019, maybe that helped Idk. Good luck!

I believe the answer is yes, it is determined based on how many months she stayed in the country.  Once you fill out her addresses it will pop up as a required document.

Can I call the Embassy/Consulate to find out if they have received my expedite request from the NVC?

Myself and @Duke & Marie both requested expedite around the same time and it's taken us both a month. I know someone who put in expedite at the Japan embassy before me and got approved in a week or 2, but he called every few days asking for a supervisor to review and give him an update. Maybe it's dependent on the embassy too.

Try to call them as early as possible because sometimes you won't get through when the queue is full.

How long does it take for the nvc to receive it?
Just to confirm, we don't need a case # to request an expedite right?

Guys, am I the only one who doesn't enjoy weekends anymore? Not that I hate them, I still enjoy resting, but I don't enjoy it as much anymore, I just keep thinking: well, USCIS is not working today, nothing is gonna happen to my case. Am I going crazy? 🤣

Wait for week I have seen some cases I-130 approved after the  week of  I-129F denial.  congratulation 😊 

It took about a day for my I-130 to update after the I-129f denial. 
The I-129f was denied because I already had an I-130 approved so I didn't qualify for the I-129f/K3 anymore. 

Nope, not necessarily on the same day. Do not be nervous. Your expedite has worked apparently. Denying a petition requires a reason and the reason here is probably because I-130 is approved. Anyway, you'll know sooner than later. You can just call USCIS first thing tomorrow and ask why it has been denied.

You should call. When my I129f was denied/I130 approved, the I130 never showed approved online, only the I129f updated. I had to call to find out about the I130

I guess because you didn't respond to the RFE, you are being given a little bit more scrutiny this time. You should be fine in the end.
