Cancel that trip. File for AP when you file for AOS (it's form I-131). Additionally consider filing form I-765 for work authorization too. Wait.... Wait... wait Travel once you have said AP (about 8 months)

Approved AP could take up to 8 months after submitting the I-131.

You're welcome.  The AP takes months to get.

You need an approved AP (Advance Parole).  Do NOT leave the U.S. until you have it.

K1 process. 
1.I got sputum last Oct during my medical and Slec told me to contact/call or email the Embassy to reschedule. 
2. After slec told me that im under sputum i immediately emailed and the rescheduling of interview i did it on my own before i come back to get my medical result (after 2mos)
3. It's easy, I got mine reschedule 3weeks before the 2mos sputum wait (very lucky). 
• 3 weeks before my 2mos Sputum
(rescheduled my interview)
• Dec 22 2021 (come back medical)
* March 17 2022 (slec told me i should leave the country)
• Dec 23 2021 (interview reschedule)
• Dec 27 2021 (CFO pre counseling)
• Jan 5, 2022 ( Visa on Hand & got my CFO cert)
• Jan 8 2022 (pcrtest test and result/negative)
• Jan 9 2022 (cebu to dubai)
• Jan 10 2022 (dubai to CHI /O'Hare POE )

Embassy will extend the validity.   Vast majority of K-1 are sitting at NVC long past the "4 months" and they are slowly being processed at the embassy

There has been a lot of recent blogs about their K1's "in transit' to USEM and I can't help but feel discouraged because our NOA2 is April 2020 and theirs are May, June and July 2020.
 
We've been waiting for so long and now people got ahead of us. This is so cruel and I don't know who to contact regarding this. I don't have the fight in me anymore. 

Thank you. I feel disheartened because our NOA2 is April 2020 which  is ahead of everyone who said theirs are in transit.

When you fill out the DS-160 for the interview, you can fill in his new address there.  Bring the information to the interview as well.
 
Your fiance will also need to fill out the I-134 for you to take to the interview. He would need to fill out his current address on that form.

Sorry to hear you are in the same situation as us.Our approved petition has been at the embassy in manila since March 5th 2020 .Unbelievable the devastation caused by this embassy.If the grocery store employees at our local stores here in Texas were the same as the staff at the embassy there would be millions dead here from starvation.Its amazing our wonderful grocery employees can serve thousands each day with only a simple plexiglass screen ,not full enclosure and masks by all and no one is dying from that.We don't know what to do and the total lack of info from the embassy just makes it so much worse.I mean for God's sakes can't they even come up with a que and issue everyone a number so we can at least watch our progress?At this point their actions border on cruelty and total dis-regard for us.And we are trying to do it right and legally immigrate. If you hear anything please advise us all and i hope the best for you.  terry

Just received my NOA2, and getting ready to join the giant queue of files waiting at NVC. This whole process is an exercise in delayed gratification. I may become a Zen Buddhist by the end of it.
 
 

This is dependent on the USEM and the conditions in Manila not anything here in the USA
