Me and my fiance is waiting for K1 approval, we submitted Dec 23 and get the receipt 27 (Texas). I am little scared now because of Trump visa ban for Nigerian.

I am so sorry to hear about Nigeria, I have been seeing posts and it upsets me that we live in a world like this... A world that keeps us apart due to paperwork, prejudice, and injustice. I have never felt so passionate about an issue like this in my life. I have never been through anything like this before and it is hard to understand.
I hope all is well with your family members and wish that things will get better SOON.

Same here, it's sad to know your fate is in the hands of someone.
Everything will go well by God's grace, we will look back to this day smiling with grateful heart that we did not go through all these in Vain. It will end in praise. I just can't wait for it to be over.

My interview was on January 30th and I was put into AP with an INA221g, I was in AP for 8 days, and my CEAC status went to "Issued" on the 7th of February. They confirmed my arrival of my medical document on the 5th via email. When exactly it was sent I do not know as it was up to my panel physician to send it.
It may take longer depending on the workload of the specific consulate, and the amount of mail they process. I read the mail screening requirements in the FAM and it is quite secure.
I would estimate you have 1-2 weeks of AP until you get "Issued". I checked CEAC like 6 times a day for those 8 days.
-
Awesome! I hope you see your issuance soon!

❤️ Thinking about how much we sacrifice for the ones that we love. I will never forget this visa experience. ❤️
