Welcome to Visa Journey.  Where did you interview?  As you know, administrative processing is open-ended. There is no defined period.  In addition, it can be neither waived nor expedited.  The only option, other than just waiting it out, is to sue the US government (consulate).  However, that would not guarantee a positive outcome.  Good luck.  I hope your visa is issued soon.

My husband has his police certificate which lists an arrest 12 years ago with the outcome ( paying a fine ) does he also need to bring the court record in regards to this? I was told it may be helpful , it is it mandatory ? Our interview is coming up real soon and we may not have rind to get a copy of his court record. I’ve never seen anything specifically list a certificate and court record . appreciate any input

My husband had his interview before his medical as well last year, you should be fine.

If it clearly shows the offence and the outcome, that meets the requirement.

My spouse has an interview at Dublin on the 9th. We are in the same position as you. I emailed the embassy and seems like they are aware but didn’t really give me much other than the medical results will take 10 days to receive and 15 days on average for the embassy to return the passport. I’ll let you know what the 9th looks like for us. Let me know if you get any news. My spouse and I were trying to see each other for the holidays but I don’t know what to expect if they hold the passports.

Hi everyone, I'm in a similar situation to a few others who have posted on here. I received notice of my US Embassy interview appointment today at the embassy in Dublin, Ireland for my marriage-based green card to a US citizen residing in the US. It is scheduled for November 16. However, when I called the Mater Hospital (the only approved medical provider to do the exam), the earliest appointment date is December 6, and I was placed on a cancellation list. I believe this is common, albeit a little unnerving. 
 
Just wondering if other people went through this process and would be willing to share their experience. For example, what happens at the Embassy interview when this scenario occurs, and how long does it take to be adjusted once the medical examination results are sent to the embassy.

What time period?  If they are reviewing them, you just have to wait.

Inquiry was sent but they have not answered it yet.  I did send a followup to the first inquiry after the website was resolved asking when i would be receiving the DQ since both sets of docs were accepted.  hoping to hear back soon

Finally got dq 

Mine was messed up ALL last night. (i am in Hong KONG) 
It finally resolved itself this morning and i could read comments to documents
all my docs are accepted but still no DQ 😞

I am perplexed as well, this morning it said Incomplete and needed to resubmit my W2 form. Now it says accepted. Not sure if I should go ahead and resubmit it or not. CEAC is playing with my emotions lol

Nov 11: DS260 submitted  Dec 19: NVC email received  Dec 20: Submitted inquiry Dec 22: Received unhelpful response; submitted another inquiry with screenshots Anxiously waiting but not hopeful for quick turnaround given the holidays, and by the look of things here, they're receiving a ton of inquiries currently. 

On the 16th and the 21st   No change to ceac.  Can’t understand why it is not updated.   Not exactly sure which doc they are referring to 

Just now ,I am still seeing "NO MESSAGES" and have received a reply from ASK NVC that there is a message.

Yes I understand,  but seems like they reviewed your docs, unfortunately the email is not clarifying if it is DQ or RFE..   recently few others also got the same thing, there is another thread here they are talk about this.  You may have to file enquiry and followup on this

I got same email on Thursday and on friday but there is nothing on the CEAC portal. 
 

Also in the same situation. 

NVC sent an email on the 17th with no actual update on the CEAC website. 
Today I sent a enquiry to the NVC so let's see what their response is.

On Monday someone got an actual RFE with documents status update and a message on CEAC, so that was after you @Simplytex, meaning that people who are in situation like ours could actually not get an RFE, but have to wait longer for the second email about the case being DQ. I've also sent an inquiry via AskNVC, just for the sake of not doing nothing, but I'm thinking that tomorrow's maintenance can bring some change to our situation. If I got rejected - fine, but I'd like to know what I have to do to correct my case!

Looks like that maintenance didn't fix anything, still no DQ email, and no changes on CEAC. I see so many people with that problem all around, so I figured they would deal with this much more efficiently. There is also that Christmas/New Year break coming, so I'm afraid we might have to wait until the next year to see this situation resolved, sigh...

oh man, gotta love these old threads... Did anyone here figure out what happened with their case, or can provide an update with how long after getting the NVC email it took to get any changes on CEAC portal? @Angelikaa @BYasmine @Satriabajahitam
 
For any future people who might find this thread..
I submit all documents to NVC on Oct 26th, 2022 and on Dec 6, 2022 NVC sent the same email as is referenced by others in this thread, to check CEAC. After logging in, there were no changes to anything - all documents still show "SUBMITTED" status - nothing has been approved or rejected, and there is no message in the CEAC inbox. I sent a public inquiry on Dec 7th (yesterday) so will be waiting to see what happens. I will try to remember to post an update here if/when I finally get DQ or figure out what is happening.

I think this is the problem ..the portal is not working properly ..or its the end of the year they are just holding us until new year beggins to schedule the interview
