    We ended up writing a letter of explanation along with both the IRS Transcript (originally we submitted the tax returns) and 2021 T4s. We submitted this yesterday, December 28th, so I'll update whenever we hear back. Hopefully this is sufficient but it sounds like we won't know until ~February 1st.

    Did not receive another email/response but we can finally see the message in CEAC. Need to get some advice before submitting anything further but I'll share if/when we try to upload docs next.

    Hey all, looks like NVC has been busy. I wonder if you can add me to your chart as well - submitted Nov 11th. We got an email Dec 19th but there was no update (message) in CEAC until today, Dec 28th. My husband is the sponsor and is working in Canada so he doesn't have a W-2 but they have requested this. I'm still looking around for advice on what to submit. He has T4s (Canadian W2 basically) obviously but not sure that will suffice. Any tips on this would be so appreciated. Good luck in everyone's journeys.

    Same situation for myself -- Nov 11: DS260 submitted Dec 19: NVC email received Dec 20: Submitted inquiry Dec 22: Received unhelpful response; submitted another inquiry with screenshots Anxiously waiting but not hopeful for quick turnaround given the holidays, and by the look of things here, they're receiving a ton of inquiries currently.

    First message with VJ but hello! We submitted Nov 11th - we just got the same email from NVC with no update on CEAC portal. Based on the recent messages in here though, it sounds like an rfe. Unfortunately we're not sure what else NVC wants us to upload at this point but I'll be back to update once we hear anything.
