As far as I know they send it by email!

My fiancee phoned me at 1am UK time last night. I was at first pretty dazed and confused at being woken up, this made its way into mild panic that something bad must have happened. Turns out she had got home from work to find our NOA2 waiting for her!
 
We've both been having a bit of a rough time at our respective jobs recently and this good news has really lifted us. I couldn't get back to sleep until after 2am. I'm tired today, but I've got a big smile on my face!
 
Elise is visiting the UK over New Year, so hopefully NVC processing will happen before/during her visit and we'll have another milestone to celebrate!

Spent a long weekend together and tried to get our minds off of the whole process and woke up on Saturday to a notification that we got our NOA2 on Friday 11/22  was a really great moment to be able to share together

We got our NOA2 approval today on the 14th Nov 😃 
 
We got our NOA1 on 13th Aug

I got an email this morning saying there was a change to my status. Logged into the new site, and it says approved! No update on app or anything else though. Im guessing i'll have the hard copy mailed to me next week.

I just called nvc ! They just received my paperwork today exactly 3 weeks after I received my approval

My apologies.  I was not trying to argue or whine but I can see how it might be construed that way.   I certainly did not intend to initiate a conversation that would constitute a "big waste of time."  I understand that the USCIS does not have time to explain everything.  I was only suggesting that perhaps with today's technology that a lot of this helpful information in regards to where you are along the process could be made available through a more detailed unmanned case status website/app which would drastically reduce the number of phone calls and case status inquiries. 
 
Please feel free to have the moderator remove this and my previous post as I did not mean to de-rail the thread.  I will refrain from future comment and keep my thoughts to myself.

Quick question.... where exactly did you get this sort of reply?  Did this come from an electronic case inquiry?  The reason I am asking, is that is a more detailed response that I have ever managed to get electronically or by speaking to a Tier 2.  I am particularly interested in the "contact with another agency for updates or more comprehensive information" statement.  Any idea what this might be referring to?  If I were to call and speak to a Tier 2 officer and were told that they had to refer my case to another agency for further review, that would indeed be alarming but at the very least I would have a logical explanation as to what was causing the delay.  If my government sees something concerning in the information that I have provided regarding my fiancee, then I appreciate their diligence in protecting me and the security of our great nation but at least tell me that that is what is actually going on.  I would then resign myself to just sitting back and letting the process work.  I think a lot of frustration is derived from the utter lack of useful information when calling or submitting a case inquiry.  With today's technology, one would think a lot of this information would be logged electronically and could be harmlessly shared with petitioners without unnecessarily burdening an actual individual by needlessly fielding phone calls from desperate and confused people.  Just my thoughts.....
