I agree with you. I actually have seen many waivers. Again, as long as I can get my EAD (interview not necessary) I am fine. I am ok with waiting for GC - just let me work!!

For those of you that already were approved, were the I-765 and I-131 approved around the same time (within a week) or weeks apart?

NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED on EAD!!😭❤️ I hope it’s not a mistake, but I’ve triple checked. I cried and ran around the house. This is proof that they’re still working as of March 26th, so keep your heads up best you can! Good luck to all of us!!

My husband got his notice Friday that his EAD/AP combo card was approved and being printed!! We are super excited.
Sadly, it was 1 day before our (big) wedding was supposed to be as it was canceled due to the COVID19 virus. Its rescheduled, but now he will have no friends or family able to come. Now we are even more glad we did the courthouse wedding 3 days after POE though!

After stalking this website for months, I go to the uscis website subconsciously like any other day. I saw this status was last updated on 03/09 wait what???
EAD finally approved! The visa journey estimate was very accurate for me, waited 108 days.

Hi - yes. I filed in mid December and got RFIE early February. On 2/13 I was notified that they received my response. Today I was notified that my case is ready to be scheduled. 🙌

8/20 Knew Initial application was denied
10/25 sent out the second application
10/28 USCIS received
11/05 received NoA text
11/20 received Biometrics letter
11/29 Biometrics
1/31 Ready to be scheduled for an interview
2/3 Interview was scheduled
2/19 notice of interview date was delivered
3/5 interview
I am so happy and nervous that I finally got interview date. And I actually hoped the interview must have been scheduled later like in April but so fast now! Our 2nd marriage anniversary is Almost There!

We filed on December 18th.
