i don't see any downside of it. A lot of western countries such as Canada, Australia etc. have strict guidelines when it comes to immigration. But would not be surprised that they will flipped it as racist policy.

ballot harvesting is another form of cheating to usurp power by the democrats. it's weird that  majority of republican control counties for years lost right after ballot harvesting was in play. 

99% of these people who broad brush there assessment don't have or any personal experience regarding of the subject matter. (watching CNN/MSNBC does not count). I was fortunate enough to have enough friends and training partners through the years who works in LE and border patrol.  A lot of them are good people and they are just like us.

USA as number 10 is clearly grasping straws probably the result of false narratives of the #metoo movement. Asian countries had it worst for women comparable to American women who can win Gold medals in soccer and earn millions of dollars and yet still complain of inequality and being suppressed with their rights. 

i worked in county jail and there's   a lot of illegal immigrants who are incarcerated in a sanctuary state. From minor crimes to serious once and a lot of them don't have any remorse and don't have any fear of repercussions. so yes, let's just have an open border, it's all fun and games until you and or your love ones become victims of a violent crime.

ICE  don't care of your feelings. they only uphold the law as being tasked. some of you here read what happened to us. and yes they will take your passport so you will be forced to report. my suggestion, hire a very competent lawyer or your  wife will be subject to deportation. 

They are basically doing it where she voluntarily leaves the county and comes back legally. It’s a process but I’ve heard of people doing that. That’s what a lawyer told my husband he had to do. We filed the I601A waiver and once it gets approved they will tell us how long he can stay here before he has to go back to his country then come back as a resident

Frankly I think OP and family should have used the period waiting for 2nd baby's birth
to short sale their home, ship a few stuff and go home, it would have been easier to reapply possibly with waivers at a later date. and may have been able to been approved for the overstay....With that almost decade of ignoring the orders I guess they'll wait for the babies to be 21 to petition them (if such law still exisis
