I uploaded docs last night and already received the DQ email today!! I checked CEAC and sure enough all docs accepted and email received

Woke up to an email with my case number from NVC. YAY~
Now I can worry about submitting my documents properly...T_T~

Is your husband a Trinidadian? How does that work permit allow this to work? Wouldn’t he have to actually be working and residing in Trinidad for some time in order to qualify? I’m Trinidadian and I live here so this is interesting.

I just called NVC. Told me they are working on cases received on 09/11. My case received on 10/03. Hopfully we will get case number soon

I submitted the payments Sept 21 than status changed from in processed to paid on Oct 1. I uploaded all documents the same day October 1. Yesterday received an email with an update saying all my docs were accepted and today received the email with DQ

We just got DQ!!!! I am so excited. We originally submitted on August 2nd and resubmitted on August 21st. God is soooo good.

We received our NOA2 in the mail on 9/28.  Approval date was 9/24/19.  Even though I requested e-notifications, I haven't received an email or text message.  The my.uscis site updated to Approved this morning. Yay!

- No IOE number, K3, or expedite - just a standard I-130 filing
- The Case Tracker and Visa Tracker apps haven't updated and were basically useless
 
I wanted to get a jump start on completing the I-864, but it looks like I'll have to wait until the new form is released on 10/15.

Got the notification this morning that it was sent to nvc yesterday so that 15 days is right on the money

Just got an email notification my I-130 was approved.
No text message. No mail yet but probably will get next week)

The 15 days is calendar days. Im using this as this is what USCIS follows. If you did the e-notification form when you submitted your i130 it should update. I called since I’m have been lurking on the timeline and noticed people cases that was later or about the same time as mine has their received date.

Hi all! We were approved on 09/17 and today my husband received the letter in the mail.
No emails or update on egov/case tracker.
We did not file for a k3 or expedite.
So happy 🎈🎈🎈 the waiting continues...

I received an unexpected text and when I checked my email it stated that my case had been sent to Department of State.  This was roughly 21 days after my NOA2. 

We got an email and online update. I wonder how long it takes from that update to the day they actually create a case number.

Priority date: March 8, 2019
NOA2: September 17, 2019
Received i797 in the mail just yesterday, September 21. No online updates on either egov or myuscis yet, funnily enough.

Hey guys. Got I-130 approval today for my mom. Had my expectations set on waiting another couple of months, at least, based on processing times. My mom’s not present in the US so, she’ll eventually be applying for a visa at an embassy abroad.  
 
Priority Date: March 18, 2019
Approval: September 20, 2019
Service Center: Texas
 
Waiting on physical approval notice since I only have case status notification for now. 

Expect the mail to arrive from 2 to 3 weeks after the approval.
