I applied for EAD on 9/23/19. 
I had biometrics on 10/31/19. 
I’m still waiting for approval. 

Recheduled bio arrived today ...original was for 03/18...ead/ap approved 07/07 ....bio rescheduled for 09/04 st. Louis No asc..lets hope the offices remain open so i can finally get this card.

Getting a letter today from NBC...envelope looks different to last bio schedules i received in March....my mail doesnt come until 3pm......i hope its my bio reschedule or ideally the ead after approval early July. 

Received my EAD in hand today! Real happy about it

hey all...so randomness today...so when I arrived in nov i applied quickly for a ssn in my maiden name under the impression that once I got my ead i would change name on it using that... Today i got an updated ssn with my married name on it out of no where? Approved ead without bio 7/7/20 (no card yet or rescheduled bio) ...what could this mean? That they're looking at my case or? 

Still waiting for bio app after initial one was cancelled as it was a day after all offices closed due to covid. EAD/AP approved 7/7..notices in mail recieved..no card or bio app rescheduled to date! Guess I'll keep watching the mail box indefinitely like a hawk ....not like I can do much else 😂

its just a cesspool of  an organization.  why would any one schedule those in june before the previous months 

Interesting to see how this affects those of us who have EAD approved but haven't done biometrics yet. We fit the definition...

@JoeIngles I'm not sure if a glimmer of hope because he's not approved yet, so he's getting a biometric appointment because of that (I think). I think the best glimmer of hope is this Reddit post which someone claims they are getting mailed an EAD card even though they have not gotten a biometric appointment. This is consistent with what my attourney said yesterday, which is that there can be a stamp that says "exempt" in lieu of biometrics. Have not seen any other examples of this, though, and it goes against what the Tier 2 agent said yesterday, which is that I should still be waiting on that biometrics appointment. This is all so disappointing that no one can really tell us what's really going on and many of us are out of work and can't visit loved ones. 
 
 

As far as I concerned no one who was approved without biometrics got a card yet. 

Those of you who are waiting for your status of EAD/AP to change from "APPROVED" TO "Card Mailed" please 'heart'/like this comment, so we know that we're in the wait together.

This is the situation we’re in. Your NOA is a week or so before ours so hopefully we get something soon. 

Same. Our NOA was 3/6 so I'm really hoping our application is being worked on in the next day or so. 4 days between our NOA.

Good Morning everyone...so this morning my case tracker status on my ead/ap changed to approved which im soooooo happy about. I have not yet done my biometrics so im wondering does anyone know what happens from here as in do you get approved and then it changes to card being produced. It says a notice with instructions will be sent out.
