Just some reflecting here...since it was "so difficult" for her to even get pregnant, as she claims, and a "miracle" that she even conceived, for the sake of argument here lets go with her claim (even though none of us are buying that from her)...this was not a one time "thing" that happened with her and this man. Lets say it was an ex....as difficult as it is for her to get pregnant, there were many and I mean MANY hookups and tries. Please save yourself. You will find love again. Dont bear this responsibility.

I am sure as US citizen you are aware with it ... do not put your name on birth certificate. Once you were become the legal " father " you are hooked for 18 years for child support. She cheated on you before marriage, trust me once people cheat they will always cheat.

Since Russian is a High Risk Country likely be extremely hard to convince the CO. 
 
Even if you get the CO to approve, I am thinking the POE officer will send her back. 

You also have to think about do you really want to be tied to her for Ten years? Even if you get her a GC. Will she leave you after? There are a lot of stories happening like that from there. 

The real question, and you do not have to answer here, is why you even want to stay? 

Is this someone you would want to be financially responsible for potentially her entire life? If the kid comes on a k2 you’d be responsible for him as well.

Cheating is a choice. And she made a choice. Now make a choice which is good for you
