Check! Corrrrect! I am still not happy with what they did to the tax return where they added the W2 in it. We hired them because we thought they know better. And the instruction was clear. Tax return or transcript. Why upload a W2 with it? There is a different section for that!  Now additional 2-3wks for us to wait because of them! And i am glad we changed the passport photo because they did not even flip it or straighten it. Even before our initial submission they havent done any for us. I did the researching for all these confusions of police certificates with Canada and HK. They didnt know everything and everytime i ask them, all they say is “we will get back to you” but they never got back. I did the researching myself! And uploading docs is all they had to do and they cant even do their job. They delayed us instead! I wish Ifound VJ earlier. Could have done it myself and saved $$$$

I got CC yesterday. I submitted my documents on 4/13. 

At first, I went into my CEAC to see if there were any updates. I saw one message in the CEAC inbox, and it said all documents are received and approved. Documentarily qualified as the body of the email. I didn't get an email right away. All documents are shown as accepted. Then later in the night I got two emails from NVC that said I am documentarily qualified and all documents approved. Thank you!!! It will be your turn soon!

So I submitted my IV civil documents on 13 April and heard from NVC today. This is so frustrating that they rejected my police certificate though everything is  perfect. They asked me to upload both side of the police certificate to show the seal.  My uploaded document has both side scanned with clearly showing seals. I called NVC and they told  they can see  one page and there is  no Seal  but I told them, I am infront of my computer and I can easily see my uploaded document which shows both side of the document and the seals. Then they just told to resubmit  the same document and I asked them what's the guarantee you will accept this same document? Really unfortunate and just another 3 weeks of wait! Do anyone know any other way to send the same document to NVC ( may be in email) as a backup?

I think you misunderstood what nyokie meant. It was them not you. She was saying it was his father in law and they didnt even give your husband a chance to at least be there to see him one last time. 😊

Finally got documentarily qualified email and update on CEAC website after resubmission on April 12th 🙏

We're at the NVC stage.  In case anyone is interested in learning from our experience, I uploaded an IRS tax transcript on the same day as all the other documents and later realized it was only page 1 of a four-page document.  So two weeks after uploading everything, when I found the mistake, I was worried that this error would cause a delay.  Everything was showing as "submitted," but not yet reviewed.  When I tried to re-submit the correct document and replace the one originally uploaded I couldn't, so I called NVC (on hold for almost an hour), the nice lady said to go ahead and submit the other three pages by clicking on "add new document" in the affidavit of support tab so I did that today.  So for everyone's benefit, if you forgot to upload a document and they have not yet reviewed what you originally submitted, you can add documents later, before everything is reviewed, and avoid the dreaded notice of incomplete documents and the three-week wait after re-submitting the correct documents.  Just go ahead and add a new document, additional evidence of bona fide relationship, evidence of additional visits, etc. before they review everything, which typically is a three week wait after submission of everything.  So that's what we did and we hope  to get case complete and an interview date soon.  Good luck everyone at the NVC stage!

Inresubmitted April 17 as well no update yet. This is the second time I see a resubmitted April 18 that got CC already. Praying for us soon 🙏🏽

Finally the journey that started February that refused to end has ended today. After 5 RFEs we are documentary qualified. 

They are having a monthly maintenance from 9 am Eastern to 5 pm Eastern today. Maybe that's why it's unavailable right now.

Partly why I stepped away for a while, earlier.
Between this thread and the previous one, the approach by OP towards some things were starting to grind my gears.
We'll never get the full story of things.

Tomorrow it's will be two weeks since I submitted my documents. And nothing. It still says submitted. How long's this gonna take?? 
 

I got good news to begin my crazy day at work today.
Visa was approved for my wife. She said interview lasted only 3 minutes which included only 3 questions and small talk. Overall, she found it to be smooth.
