Thank you for sharing your experience!! After a rollercoaster of anxiety and relief during the weekend, going over everything and confusing myself even more... I woke up to this message and decided to submit the infamous letter. I just erased three weeks of progress but I will be able to sleep better not worrying about the ''what if''.  I am also feeling better since I uploaded extra evidence  about the two years we lived together in Germany and how this was possible because we have already been through a family reunification visa process, but in this case I was the petitioner and the beneficiary was my husband... I am done with visas for a looong time after this horror movie call getting a green card!

We have same situation and got same RFE submitted everything second time 12/28 and still waiting just because of the letter of unemployment. It's ridiculous it takes that long and it's not mentioned anywhere. People at the call canter are so random, sometimes you get extremely annoyed person which can't wait to hang up on your, and once in a while you get a sweet person which helps you.

Wow I've started in November NVC Filers, it is frustrating how long it takes to get through this process. Let's hope NVC workers are finally done with holidays and ready to work hard with all pending documents

We submitted Dec 25th... stalking "currently processing" on NVC's page and this thread every day, like it'll magically make things move faster 😅
