I would say it's a digital version of the document since it is actually called "Digital Police Record". It is digitally signed and has a QR code.

Thanks a lot! Everything went smoothly and I got approved
They only asked for the original birth certificates (mine and my husband’s), marriage certificate and police records. We updated some documents and upload them in the CEAC before the interview, maybe that’s why they didn’t ask for taxes or anything else. The questions were pretty basic: how do we meet, where and when did we get married, is my husband a resident or citizen, where was he born, where does he work, how often do we see each other, have I been to USA, if I have a current visa, and that was it.
About the measures @StarSeed1: you need to wear make all the time, they have gel and they practice social distancing. Also they are only performing a few interviews every day. I didn’t see a lot of people at the consulate, it basically looks empty. I count only 4 windows checking the documents and I would say less than 10 windows performing the interviews. I had the number 25 for immigrant visas (my appointment was at 8.30). i would say there was only 20 people waiting in the huge room at the time. It took me like 2 hours (mostly waiting).
I am back home and I will wait for my package here, I hope it arrives next week so I can get to US before January 26th.

AnaCarolina reacted to Quarknase in Case Complete (DQ) to Interview February 2021
Hi All,
I have been MIA for a while, this journey had become too stressful 😐 But I'm happy to let you know that my husbands interview has been scheduled for January 20th at the US Embassy in Jordan. F2A category, named plaintiffs in YoungvTrump lawsuit and therefore not any longer subject to the ban 🙏
With Baghdad embassy closed (my husband is Iraqi), we were re-assigned to Abu Dhabi. However, UAE currently makes it super difficult to enter the country, as visit visas for many countries in that region have been suspended. We requested a transfer to Amman, and thank god (and the Consular Officers at the Embassy) got accepted under the condition that my husband needs to be physically in Jordan first. We arrived in Jordan on 12/26, and after almost 2 weeks of uncertainty and anxious waiting, our case got re-assigned and expedited to post. 5 days later we received IL for 10 days later. We are both exhausted and running out of energy, but hopeful that we can travel home together soon.

I just got my "Constancia Digital de No Antecedentes Penales" from the site: https://noantecedentes.cdmx.gob.mx/
It was an easy process: you just have to create an account and upload some documents. I did that on December 16th and today I got my certificate (with date of December 18th)
Hope that information is useful.

I would think the consulate should be aware of this new practice and would be ok with that.
Also sounds like the QR code would help to verify it.
Mine would be expired by the time I get an interview anyway, but its good to know the options.
Good luck on your interview!

AnaCarolina reacted to BrittIgbinovia in Case Complete (DQ) to Interview January 2021
We have our interview scheduled for 01/05/2021. My hubby recently had to relocate to Lagos for his job.
1. Do we need to file an amendment on the application information for his location change with his employer?
2. Praying we get the approval on January 5th, but I’m concerned about how we update his address for his packet to come given that the interview has already been scheduled.
Any help would be appreciated.
