  1. Omsgh I'm so sorry to hear that, hopefully that gets resolved soon, just hang in there everything will be ok ☺️
  2. Yea that sounds about right, I called USCIS today to have them send info about waiver to NVC but the rep said they couldn't give me any info on case, beneficiary needed to be on the phone with me 😤and I waited 1 hr on hold, it is hard to have my husband with me on weekdays because we have diff schedules, I'm gonna try to mail the approval letter and see if that works, thank you for your reply ☺️
  3. Did USCIS took a while to inform NVC about your case approval?? my case was approved March 2019, and NVC needs that approval decision to continue with my case 🙄 and put me on the waitlist for appt. anyone had a similar situation ?? TIA for your help☺️
  4. wondering if you ever found a response, my waiver was approved March 2019 and USCIS hasn't informed NVC about approval, NVC needs info from USCIS to complete case and assign appt. TIA for your help ☺️
  5. thank you , I actually did called in the morning , they helped me out ☺️
  6. Yea that's what I thought, setting an alarm and call, thank you
  7. Hello everyone, I sent my NVC docs on May 17th, today I got an email saying to send the required docs listed on there, but there are no documents listed 🙄, and the last page says they are waiting for adjudication from my I601a waiver which it was approved in March 🙄🙄, now the lady helping me says that email is unclear what they asking so I need to call NVC to clarify, anyone know what's a good time to call and what weekday, where they will answer and not be so busy??? FYI I live in Phx AZ, TIA everyone

  10. Carga publica (public charge) when sponsors don't make enough for the beneficiary and consular office believes applicant will be a public charge, if they found out they lied about crossing without inspection, through a point of entry, (la linea) and used other person's documents, when parents bring their children with them illegally when were little, that's consider as smuggling even tho they are their own children, they will ask for the I601 and that one takes about a yr or so to be approved. Other than that if they are missing documents they get the "blue paper" and they give them the chance to send them in later, that's the administrative processing, which is not bad, only they have to wait a little longer.
  11. I have read some stories from some fb groups I'm member of, I have read lil bit of both, denials and approvals, or administrative processing (meaning they weren't denied, only missing documentation)
  12. We are about to send our documents to NVC, from what I read, appts are taking 7-8 months after CC (case closed) am I correct? if we lucky our case may closed in the middle of June , should I expect my appmt date for some time in January - February next year ? 😒 TIA .
  13. how was your appointment if you don't mind sharing ☺️
  14. Congrats!! hopefully your family is back together in no time ☺️
