I've reported the information that I've received from the officials, and people may do with it what they will.

Honey.... from a womans perspective here....I need to say something. For an engaged woman to get pregnant by another man is more than just cheating. Are there no more chances in life for you where you can't POSSIBLY find another woman to love and respect you? Run now while you can! For so many reasons. Stop the bleeding while you can. You will be raising another mans child because whether you like it or not, she's now a "package deal".

The bar for proving immigration fraud to USCIS is extremely high. They get calls and reports from angry ex-spouses/ex-lovers all the time. They are very well trained and experienced in telling the difference between immigration fraud and an ex seeking revenge. Don’t worry.

Not sure what your problem is mate but "perpetuating something you know isn't true" is a funny way of categorizing the sharing of information received directly from the relevant local US Embassy.

Not according to the US Embassy in New Zealand, which has recently said that they will not be able to proceed with any visa services until: (1) the suspension of visa services globally has lifted, and (2) the Presidential Proclamation has expired. This is so even though the Proclamation clearly doesn't apply to our case, being a spousal visa. It has nothing to do with the local local conditions either, as the Coronavirus has been eliminated in New Zealand and things are essentially back to normal.

    No problem.

It was very fast. I submitted my form last Saturday and received confirmation that it had been emailed to the Auckland Consulate on Monday morning.

    Here's what I did:

Once the New Zealand Police have completed the vetting process, they send you a confirmation that the results have been sent to the Auckland Consulate. I uploaded that confirmation in the police certificate box on CEAC.

This applies in all non immigrant entries, ESTA, B visas, etc,  whether there is an I103 filed or not.
Very untrue. People denied entry are still eligible for immigrant visas.

Length of stay is determined at the POE.  Coming and going like that makes it look like you are trying to live here.   Make sure you spend plenty of time outside the US.

Not needed.   You case is pretty simple.  You have ESTA, no criminal history and no sponsorship issues.  Ironically using an attorney often makes the process slower, they make errors and you end up supplying everything to them that you could have entered on the forms for free.

Thank you, everyone. I'm not sure if any of the actions I took based on your recommendations were the cause or it was just fortunate timing, but I finally received a NOA2 this past Monday on 1/13!

You don’t need the petitioners drivers license or anything like that. Beneficiary’s documents must be original but US petitioners can be scans printed out since obviously you don’t want to mail something so sensitive as a birth certificate or federal taxes/W2s in the mail, let alone international mail

DSB27 got a reaction from OrihimeandIchigo in Establishing Domicile Outside of the US
We are about to file Form I-864 (Affidavit of Support), and as I understand it, we are required to establish that the petitioner is either domiciled in the United States or intends to re-establish a domicile in the United States. Neither of us currently lives in the United States.

I know there are lists of various factors that go towards showing this, but I have two specific questions:

How important is a job offer in the United States? My wife is looking for a job, but we can't be sure she'll be offered one before we submit the I-864. If you fail to establish domicile or intent to re-establish it, does your application just fail and you have to start again, or do you get a chance to establish domicile (e.g. by the petitioner moving to the United States) and then re-submit the relevant I-864?

It is determined by the date the beneficiary enters the US.  Enter 2 years or after the marriage date and you get the IR.  It is the type of green card.  The visa type doesn't matter.

If the question is already labeled as your CURRENT address or employer, either blank or PRESENT is appropriate.  The instructions neglect to address some issues including this one.
