You and I do not have to pay a fee for the DS-160. The DS-160 is a FREE document to completed and used at the interview. You do need the completion number from the submission of the DS-160 to complete your interview payment fee.

Printed I-94 (I strongly suspect this is optional actually - they can use her visa stamp to pull up same information I-94 shows)- Which means you will need to pull it up in your browser and print at home or elsewhere (they will not accept "Look at it here on my Cell Phone" option), Passport with Visa stamp, we also brought birth certificate with translation but that was not needed. You can download and fill up the SSN form at home, but they have plenty in the office, and with how long the wait is, you will probably have plenty of time to do that. Form is very simple. The only catch is make sure to check "Legal non-immigrant, that eligible for work" when it asks for reason for applying. That is in fact true answer as K-1 are eligible for work (for 90 days) It just getting approval usually takes longer than 90 days. Put parents names, they want Mother's maiden name btw, not married. They will print it all out for you, and give you a chance to review it again for correctness. Agent DID tell us we can get married, and bring marriage certificate along with K-1 visa to get last name change done at same time, but since she won't be changing her last name, there was no point in delaying that. After we got called to the window process only took maybe 10 mins at most including him walking away to make copies etc. 

I think so, that’s why we send it and they can see everything on our fb cause we opened a lot of stuff for them so they can see everything from the last 5 years. We had an appointment at the uscis to give them the letters but at the appointment they didn’t wanna take it cause everything was fine for us 

During the 129f petition stage you only have to prove you met within the last two years and you intend to marry. Best evidence for this is passport stamps, boarding passes and letters of intent. Photos together are secondary evidence.

Hahaha I can imagine. Most RFE’s aren’t really hard to fix. Hopefully it doesn’t take too much time but keep in mind.....the longest wait is over! 

That is even better!!!! Im waiting in the RFE letter to find out what they need. I sent sooooo much information. I called and while the lady claims she doesn't have access to the information of what they are asking for she said don't panic it's usually something silly ....I'm hoping that was her giving me a hint😂

i found out on the new site, but have not received it in the mail yet....

Congrats!! It will probably take a little while for the mail to get to its destination since it's only been 1 day, but at least you know you've been approved!  

It was e-mailed as PDF attachment to me along with IMBRA pamphlet but it was meant for my beneficiary.  Basically I believe this is out "packet 3" It full 13 pages of 129F. IT doesn't include photographs, letters of intent, or our "love letter" for question 54.  But question 54 has checkmark next to it, which I interpret to mean "these are important things that we check" For reference beneficiary places of employment, or parents information have no such checkmarks.
