Yes, I-90 is the form to file. Do not send actual GC to USCIS unless you're asked for it.

I think Huckleberry had a negative experience with lawyers (like I did).

I use lawyer for my AOS, and the lawyer totally f up my application. Whole packet got returned with receipt saying that the forms were outdated and incorrect. Lawyer fees costed a lot! Ended up having to file again by ourselves.

Agree with not needing lawyer for file ROC.

I'm not sure what the poster is so angry about (more context would help).

But for straightforward cases, I don't think you need an attorney to fill out the forms. The I-751 form is incredibly simple and much shorter compared to the I-485 + I-130 you need for AOS.

If we get an interview, I'll most likely hire the same attorney that did our AOS to attend the interview with us.

We didn't feel the need to hire a lawyer for any of the process that we had, neither K1 and AOS nor this. It is a personal choice but lawyers can be pretty useless if you have a straightforward case. I hope you get some answers from other members regarding the cost.

Poster asking for lawyer and "pissed about this"  is @Rob&Pan  I just responded to them suggesting not using a lawyer and  saying we haven't used a lawyer in any of the applications, because we just didn't feel we needed. We don't have any experience with lawyers at all.  I strongly suggest all people with straightforward cases not using any lawyer in any application, but it is eventually a personal choice.

What they told you is incorrect. What would likely happen (and has happened to others who have done this) is when you file ROC based on the dates on the green card, it will either be rejected as filing too early or sit & wait and eventually denied due to being filed too early.
Get the card fixed via an I-90.

When was your I-485 approved? The expiration of the card should be 2 years from that date. And the 90 day filing window for ROC would begin 90 days before that date.

If your card says otherwise, then it's a mistake. File an I-90 due to DHS error (no fee required in this case) to get it corrected.

That appears to be an error. The expiration should be June 7th 2021 or similar. You have to apply to get a replacement

My fiancé picked up his visa on Friday Oct 12th  (2GO Mall of Asia where he requested in application) after receiving an email from 2GO.  The tracking status at 2Go never changed from "invalid".   I tried his passport number, MNL#, application number and they are all invalid.  Is the 2GO location the one you requested in your application.  Have you looked up the location on the 2GO website.

I believe that they are wanting a document with your MNL# on it.  The email you receive from NVC stating that they received an approved I-129F petition has the MNL# on it.  I believe others are taking a screenshot of the ceac status screen which also shows MNL#.   Follow the guidelines on this page. http://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/k-1-visa-application.html   Scheduling of interview is after making DS160 application,  paying fees. Medical exam at St. Lukes is done at least one week prior to interview.

Pictures don't "prove" a relationship. They are secondary evidence only. For the I-129F you don't have to provide any pictures. What you must provide is proof that you have met face-to-face in the last 2 years. Focus on stronger evidence than photos. Boarding passes, passport stamps, etc are much stronger.

If you want to add photos as evidence of an ongoing relationship for the embassy interview, you can include them with the I-129F but don't overthink it or over do it.

    Define "many".
Sending 200 pictures would be kind of stupid.
Sending 5 - 10 pictures sound reasonable, you can print them however you want.

I'm afraid you're all wrong. TB and any other disease the US checks for can be easily cured with clorox bleach. Just one cup full cleans the system right up, nothing will show up on any xrays...

Agree with what you like but what you believe and what is true are two different things. I passed everything with flying colours as expected because I don't have TB. I had asthma when I was a kid, no damage to my lungs so nothing to be concerned about. If you want to eat healthy, go ahead, but don't fool yourself into believing that it will change the outcome because it won't. If you don't have TB, you will be fine. It's that easy.
If you want to be healthy, go to a doctor, get tested, get the BCG vaccine. THAT will stop you contracting it, not food.
You are extremely wrong. The link you posted is for old wives tales. It is not the truth. Herbal remedies are for sure good for some things, not all. Certainly not for prevention or cure of TB.

    NOA1 and NOA2 aren't official terminology.

    For K1s ...
NOA1 is what we call the notice of action you get from USCIS after they receive your petition. Says "Form I-797-C Notice of Action" at the top of the form. Your fiancé (or lawyer or other preparer) got this shortly after your fiancé's petition was submitted.
NOA2 is what we call the notice of action you get from USCIS when they approve your petition. Your fiancé (or lawyer or other preparer) got this shortly after your petition was approved (since you already have an appointment for a medical, clearly your fiancé's petition was approved).

Your lawyer should know or maybe you know from the emails/messages he sent you. NOA1=USCIS sends you a letter shortly you sent them the application, NOA2=USCIS approves your application and sends it to NVC. You also get a letter or message about that. You can use your uscis case number and check the status online. It should give you the NOA2 date.

One more time: tuberculosis is an INFECTIOUS DISEASE. It CANNOT be cured by drinking milk, taking vitamins, eating vegetables, standing on your head, or by sacrificing goats to the Pope or Satan. Please acquire some common sense!

Ummmm - none of that makes ANY difference whatsoever. A person either has tuberculosis or they don't. The test isn't to determine if you have a chest cold, it's to determine if you have TB! "Magical" "cures" aren't going to do anything.
Please people, use the brains you were born with.
What you drink has NOTHING to do with whether you have TB or not. Jeez.
Again, having TB has NOTHING to do with being a smoker. Good god. What you drink or don't drink will not effect whether you have TB or not!
