Hello and good day.

As I checked USTravelDocs PassportVisaRetrieve and it said Passport Status: Your passport is ready for pickup.
Now I don't know what to do next coz 2GO Tracking is still saying "invalid". So I don't know what's up and I don't know what to do... The 2GO address given to me can't be found on Google Maps and their phone number is "not in service".

Would like some advice.

I had my interview on October 05, 2018 and CEAC status check VISA issued October 10, 2018.

Thank you.

My fiancé picked up his visa on Friday Oct 12th  (2GO Mall of Asia where he requested in application) after receiving an email from 2GO.  The tracking status at 2Go never changed from "invalid".   I tried his passport number, MNL#, application number and they are all invalid.  Is the 2GO location the one you requested in your application.  Have you looked up the location on the 2GO website.

Hello,

Yes, the lawyer gave the 2GO address which I couldn't find in the 2GO website locator. It's in my appointment confirmation letter. But I also can't even find it on Google Maps. And their phone numbers don't work. I checked 2GO Tracker again a little while ago and it says now that it's "In Transit" since 7:00AM this morning. So, I guess I will wait and see if 2GO will email or text message me when it gets here. Thanks much for replying.

Hello and good day.

So, it turned out I was right that such 2Go Branch address doesn't exist anymore. My fiance called the U.S. Embassy yesterday  because we are anxious why 2Go has not contacted me yet and the U.S. Embassy told him that my passport is Ready for pickup and gave him the tracking number to show to that 2Go branch when I go pick it up. So I went today to see if I can pick it up already, but there's no 2Go in that address anymore. Spent more than three hours looking for nearby 2Gos and asked people in that area but still none and the people don't know any 2Gos in that area. I gave up the search, it was getting dark and raining and I went to a mall 15 minutes by jeepney from that area (where that 2Go branch no longer exist). And glad that mall  have a big 2Go Express office/delivery service. I told them what happened and they said my packet arrived here in Davao on October 13, they asked for my information and then told me to wait for feedback. I went home tired and have a bad head ache and brought no Visa Packet. So yea, such disappointments and my CFO Seminar is on Monday, October 22nd. I hope I will have the packet tomorrow soonest or Friday. They should update the Embassies which 2Go addresses no longer exist. 😟

Update finale.

I was planning to just gonna go to their 2Go warehouse Saturday, October 20, to pick it up after I called them to check on the Visa package, and they told me that I can pick it up and they are also open Saturdays. But I think the U.S. Embassy called them to just deliver it to my home address. So, they delivered it Friday, October 19. I'm so glad and thankful to them. So, I have my Visa now and soon will be with my love. ❤️ Thank you for reading.
