Assuming you have paid the $220 GC fee prior to entering the US, the GC will take anywhere between 4 weeks and 6 months. No rhyme or reason. Normal maximum processing is stated as 120 days, so start chasing it if it hadn’t arrived by then 
If you haven’t received your SS Card within 3 weeks of arriving , take a trip to the SSA Office with your passport and Birth Certificate. Some cards come as requested .. others don’t 🤪

OMG!!!! Just got the interview date for August 28th!!!! Gooood lord !!!!!!! I am super excited !!!! Aaaaahh!!!

He can notify them he is married now and no longer qualifies so they can allocate that category visa to someone else in line.

One IL today has renewed my hope and put a spring in my step. What a great way to head into the weekend. My husbands birthday is today and while it’s not our IL, it is surely a gift!

Tired of NVC ... Tired of the embassy ... The state department.. tired of recieving the same freaking answer over and again . Ppl should be mad as hell when it says 60-90 days with PD CURRENT TO get an interview. I. Sorry but why is K 1 quicker. I'm sorry but do.you have children that have waited to see thier dad for almost 2 years.. my expedite was denied.  What gives a fiance visa a quicker visa. That's some bull right there. Sorry for ranting but I'm fed up. About ready to pack up and move back to Turkey. It's ridiculous.
