I'm just going to share some information with everyone. I just spoke to a USCIS Tier 2 agent to see when my approved petition was sent to the NVC and she informed me that my approved petition was sent to the NVC on 24 January. I was approved on 9 January. She said that a big box with all the approved petitions were sent to the NVC and when it arrives at the mailroom and depending on the work load of the NVC then they will start processing it. Now why did it take 2 weeks for USCIS to mail it, I don't know and I didn't ask. I was just pleased to know that it is intransit to the NVC. My anxiety was at an all time high and I just needed some answers so that's why I called and requested to speak to a Tier 2 agent. I know it won't speed up the process but I just needed to know. So, Im hoping it arrives by next week and get processed so I can make the 19 February cutoff for it to be mailed to my Philippine Consulate.

Got an email that there was action on our case, link included showed a 500 error. Old site and app showed nothing new... Was finally able to log into new site and our case was approved! So relieved.

old site: noa1: 08/31/18 Still case received
new site: noa1: 09/06/18 noa2: 01/29/2019

Now to figure out the next steps. Does anyone know how long it takes from here for Denmark (stockholm consulate)

WE JUST GOT OUR APPROVAL!!!!
I was just looking at the comments here and I checked for the million times the website, I opened it and my brain was reading the usual but there was something different... IT WAS DIFFERENT!!!
I'm sooo happy and I want to share it with my fiancé but he's working, so I'm sharing it with you!!!

We sent the K1 petition on his birthday week and we received the approval on my birthday week!!!

Our NOA2 should be Jan11 then. Whoaaaa can’t believe we made it through the longest wait. That was crrrrrazzzyyyyy.😂 Goodluck to the rest of us.

Hi everyone. Finally joining this topic after receiving noa2 today. Here's to hoping all have a speedy process. Got noa2 5 days after rfe response. Hoping i arrive by may as our baby is due May 31!

Just rec'd NOA2 approval notice in the mail dated 01/18/2019. My online account shows the approval date of 01/22/2019.
Guess my NVC calls start Monday. 😁

Just got NOA2 hardcopy in the mail!
137 days.
Absolutely no updates of any kind since the paper NOA1 in September.
We are over the moon! So utterly excited.

Experts, can you post that “what’s next” info once again, pretty please 😍

So this is the back portion of the letter? What do you guys make of this? An RFE? Or approval? I’m not sure if my fiancè will allow his roomie to open and read his letters haha he won’t be back in the US til next next week.

Just got off the phone with USCIS and WE ARE APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!! Approval notice was sent out yesterday !!!!! Pray you all get your approvals soon!
