OkFine2019!

Got a really nice surprise this morning! It's been taking so long that I've really tried to just push it to the back of my mind. This morning I woke up to a text and email saying an action has been taken on my case. I logged in and my interview has been scheduled for June 2 at 2:00pm in Albuquerque. If all goes well, the next oath ceremony on ABQ's schedule after my interview is July 3rd, which would be really fitting. Right between Canada Day on July 1st and Independence Day on the 4th. It would also be 7 years and one day since we crossed the border. I wonder what the chances are of making it into that ceremony? If not, the next one isn't until October 9th. Fingers crossed that I will be able to vote in the midterms.

Still nothing here in Albuquerque. They are reusing my biometrics, but I've had zero change to my message since the day I filed. Feeling a little anxious. How's everyone else doing? I filed under the general provision on October 10.

Hi everyone. I filed October 10th. Albuquerque is my nearest office. They are re-using biometrics from AOS. I filed under the 5 year general rule because it looked simpler. I became eligible for that back in January. Was eligible for the 3 year in 2023, but haven’t had the money. What are the processing times looking like these days? USCIS website processing time estimate for Albuquerque office says 8.5 months. I wonder if it will be accurate. I haven’t left the US once since I crossed back in July of 2019.
