We weren’t - but just have a few copies of chat logs, skype, whatsapp calls that shows the relationship has continued throughout the K1 process. No need to provide a entire novel. If you two have visited a couple recent pics. That’s all

I understand you so much I was so nervous and overthinking about the interview... But I promise you don't have to worry, your relationship is real, you are well prepared and your interview will be in UK which seems to be a very easy going embassy. Everything will be fine!

I didn't get asked for a single piece of evidence at my interview BUT I was feeling really confident because I was prepared. It buys you piece of mind.

Personally, I would prepare everything you can think of.  Better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it.

Hindsight is always 20/20 though isn't it.
I have been pretty calm since booking my interview until around yesterday and now my nerves appear to have ramped up...but it's not far now.

I will be sure to write a post regarding all of it on here once I'm back home and (hopefully) stopped doing kartwheels and whooping!
Also a guy spoken to on here throughout the process has his the same date & time as mine, so we'll be going for a celebratory drink after

I went to London Knightsbridge today for my medical and wanted to share my experience to let others know there really isn't anything to worry about if your prepared.
The place was easier to find than I thought ( Also beware if your a Disney fan like me...the store is on route and a deadly place to go waste some time and costly too as the case was for me today ).
The receptionist was lovely. We had a chat and giggle over a few things as she took copies of my paperwork at the desk. She provided me with more paperwork, a questionnaire that's a little more in depth than the one you do in advance, a consent form and a pre check form and my pot for urine sample. I did my paperwork in the waiting room, took care of the urine sample took it all back to the desk and then was told to wait back in the waiting room.
Shortly a gentleman doctor called me in. We chatted over the questionnaire, he didn't ask many questions (but i have a simple medical history) and we chatted mostly about my plans and where I was moving too as he took the blood sample. He was very good, didn't feel a thing! Took about 5/10 mins then when finished back to the waiting room for the next stage.
Then another gentleman called me down about 5/10 mins later for the chest x ray part. Again very friendly, we chatted and laughed about a subject we discussed. Very simple procedure and again took no more than 5/10 mins and all done and back to the waiting room to wait for the nurse for the vaccinations review.
Another 5/10 mins and I was called down. We went over what I had and needed. Opted for the missing ones to be done there so paperwork was all in order for later. Again very friendly lady, chatted and laughed about things. Then back to the waiting room to wait for the receptionist to take payment and hand over paperwork that will be needed for AOS. Took just over an hour for the whole thing.
All that stressing and worrying over the past week for nothing. A very friendly and professional service. Except for 2 dead arms now it was painless!
Now to spend the next week needlessly stressing probably about the interview stage lol
Hope this review can help others relax a little about this stage!

Well unfortunately it's near impossible to list every P3 that is required for each embassy. I have the most popular countries now and if someone ask I will supply. But to put each and everyone as a list would be somewhere in the neighborhood of some 100 countries. Also, I try and supply additional links like the portal on VJ, the sub-forum on VJ etc. As it is now I give people the next steps and they are right back here the next day asking "what do I do". I need to get stress out of my life and "baby sitting" is not something I am fond of. If it were possible to execute your suggestion I would but I know no way of doing it to reach the widest audience. Thank for the suggestion!

helen83 reacted to Wuozopo in Might be a dumb question but...
Also...if you have had any surgeries, or diseases like cancer, diabetes, asthma, heart disease, hypertension, etc, they generally want your doctor to write a short summary to fill them in on the details in doctor terms. When, what, meds, okay now or ongoing.

You don't need a write up for coughs, colds, rashes, and other minor ailments.

    I'm sure you will, honestly!

Any queries just give me a shout, you'll be here on Thursday evening telling the next person going to "Just calm down, it's not 1/2 as invasive, daunting or intimidating as you could ever imagine".

One key little tip, drink water like a fish beforehand....it'll save any waiting afterwards for the sample. I was doing the funny dance as I was at reception!

Honestly this was the most stressful part of it for me. I hated it and was a nervous wreck, then I got out after it thinking "Is that it?"

It's easy to say afterwards and I didn't do it, but relax and it's honestly a smooth process.

Everything you need is contained within the email when you book the appointment. I also wrote a review on it and what I took and it was seemless going through honestly. Granted I have a limited medical history (Asthma, no mental health, "No Trace" on my ARCO but a public fine to declare later in this process, discharge from the eye specialist for my pupils and literally an Ibuprofen allergy, that's it).

Feel free to drop a message or something if have any queries or want some photos etc. I kept all my documents that I took to my medical.

Mine only went on to the second page because I had made x2 visits before my medical appointment. 1 of which was because I had no idea what it was or how to get it and the secon was because when I got it, the information was 8 years out of date.

    Mine had:
Details (Name/Height/etc) Ongoing minor/major medical conditions (if any) Historical minor/major medical conditions Allergies It still wasn't 100% correct and I told the Doctor at Knightsbridge, it was absolutely fine   a Summary is litterally just that. If you can get it from your GP, it'll be tiny (unless you have a hugely extensive medical history)

You don't need that for London. An employer letter will do it if it states his salary.
