US citizens as individuals have zero power to deport immigrants or to cancel green cards. How would that even be possible for a single random person to do? Only USCIS and the immigration officials have those powers and even then, they need due reason. Since you are already a perm resident, your abuser has zero power or say in that. I always kinda laugh when I see people saying that they can get their spouse deported or have the green card cancelled. Immigration benefits are granted by USCIS, not our US citizen spouses.

For the I-751, I believe you simply need to notify USCIS that yoy are switching from a jointly filed petition to a divorce petition and present evidence you have filed for divorce. They will ask for the official divorce decree once it is done and you have it. As for your child, well, that's a domestic divorce issue not related to USCIS. Document the abuse and show it to a lawyer who will fight for you to have primary custody. Get somewhere safe. Do not be alone. Do not talk to or communicate with your abuser. Transfer the responsibility of communications to your lawyer. Also, get a job. Abusers completely rely on isolating and making their victims helpless and dependent.

To clarify - AR-11 change of address is for LPRs only (and some other categories, but not USC). USCs need to complete and mail in form I-865 (petitioner).

Change of address is easy. You can do it online and it won’t take that long. And just like you we keep moving from one place to another. The longest we stayed was 6 months and this month we move again. We used a personal mailbox the first time we move and it was ok. I’m sure people here can help you.

I am sure it’s overwhelming at this time and I’m glad you’re reaching out. Much of the information you are seeking and answers to questions you have already asked can be found on the USCIS site
    https://www.uscis.gov/military
This section is written specifically for military

Since he s military , living with him overseas same as living with him in United. And also you can apply for your citizenship abroad as time count like you live in United States .means after 3 years being married to us citizen. This is military rules.

Usually DOD employees are treated the same as active military. Please contact your spouse's human resources or personnel office to confirm it will count as you being resident in the US.

There are provisions for your situation which mean you won’t lose your status while you are out of the country with his work for the Government

    Hello,

Unfortunately,  you can't file before the 90 day period. USCIS will reject your application even if you filed even a day early. Please see attached link https://www.uscis.gov/forms/uscis-early-filing-calculator. It would show your "earliest accepted filing date."

Go to https://www.uscis.gov/i-751  or the link below for  your reference.
     Hope this helps. Good luck!

When you receive your visa you will use your A number to pay the greencard fee of $220. It is recommended that you pay this fee before entering the us so to avoid any delay in receiving your greencard.

Now that they have changed the process,  you will get a notice saying
go to embassy  site for list of drs
and the important part of the new instructions say (sintce now you submit documents online thru CEAC),  to bring all originals to the interview
this would include the criminal reports
the 3 years of tax returns
    birth certificate
    marriage certificate

    2 weeks is good enough
if you are concerned with any issues for medical,   go to a dr and do a medical now
example - a spot on the lung could indicate TB starting and there is treatment
could be treated before doing the immigration medical

    BTW when is the interview
and congratutions on finally getting it
