Just Paul got a reaction from Asia in MY K-1 WAS REVOKED ( HOW DO I APPLY FOR CR-1)
Nothing for you to do. The petitioner needs to be involved.

Just Paul got a reaction from Bars&Saqi in Wait, doesn't everyone send their mail to the Texas Service Center?
You should keep a copy of it in the cloud. I've put all of our documents on g-drive and it has saved our bacon more than once.

Someone at the lockbox is not going to like scanning that in.
In the future - Quality over quantity.

You send a petition to a lockbox that then sends them to the service centers.
All K1s start at California.

Slow down and read the answers.
She has an attorney or she can contact the USCIS ombudsman, she can contact the State Department.
Her not taking an active role does lead me to believe that she could have withdrawn the petition.

No one keeps statistics like that. You can search other egyptian timelines up above in timelines. You can ask over in the regional forum.

Be we all know that applying after one visit can be an uphill battle. especially from consulates like Cairo that are hard to begin with. Even if you file and are approved, you will still need more face to face time before the interview. Meeting the USCIS rules and the consulate expectations are different thing.
IMO, you are going to have to fly halfway around the world and take time off without pay to get this done. You can fly round trip Atlanta to Cairo on April 28th for $750

That is a rare reason that a visa would be refused. Usually at the interview the consulate will tell you to get another sponsor.
Being refused (or revoked) during AP stage indicates that something came up on the background check or there might have been something the consulate saw on the petition. The petitioner or the attorney should attempt to verify. You, yourself will have a hard time finding out.
Do not spend more money until it becomes clear what the issue is.

You don't need to owe tax in order to file a tax return.

Just Paul got a reaction from Dashinka in Schiff warns that Trump could sell Alaska to Russia if unchecked
Wait a minute, what could we get from Russia for Alaska? I mean it is very valuable land and resources.
Could we eliminate our national debt?
Send kids to college for free?
Cure Cancer?
These are all ideas Schiff should rule out from whatever source he has.
