Please house I need help on how can my wife get her tax done my lawyer said she need to file for a personal tax  but she doesn’t know how to go about that cause she doesn’t work she is retired and she get disability check from the government She is living in Cleveland Ohio

What step of the process are you at?  Please update your timeline.

 

If she is truly exempt from filing then she just needs to explain why on the petition or in an  attachment.

 

Why do you, the beneficiary, have a lawyer?  Where is this lawyer? Something isn't right.

Maybe she should go to a tax accountant.

She contacted a lawyer that help in the filling cause she doesn’t have any idea how to go about it .

She doesn't need an attorney to file taxes.   There are tax services everywhere at much lower cost.  She needs to join us here for this discussion.

I see......Why isn't she here asking questions?  She has huge part in this whole process.
