They just sent me a 10 year green card by mail. It's been long time since I was here the last time.

After 3 years and 1 month waiting, our k1 visa was approved on July 2nd 2018, we will keep updating our processing timeline on this form.  The timeline part of this form somehow didn't let me complete the timeline, it kept saying I wasn't putting correct date on N0A 1 and NOA2,  USCIS received our k1 application in June 1st 2015, transferred our application to Vermont service center from California Center in May 18 2016,  We got NOA2 on July 2 2018.  We wanna thank you for supporting us and giving us suggestion.

Be honest, we don't know anybody from USCIS, otherwise we would have found out what the problem was from the beginning. You see,  I'm 73 years old, my fiance is 44 years old. We never expected the same sex marriage  could be legal in the States. My fiance's sister is dying in hospital. And his mother is already 76 and has a few medical problem, which already put us in very difficult situation.  I'm heart patient  and needs to take pills daily. We've been through so much more than you could imagine in the past of 14 years. We just wanna get married like equal human Being. We are hoping to get a bit help from this form.

thanks for comment, here is part of my case status on USCIS. I went to green card interview on April 28th. Officer never said anything like"You will be approved".

April 29, 2021 We approved your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. April 28, 2021 We ordered your new card"

You need to contact USCIS and try to explain situation  to tier 2 officer. They will resend your GC by mail.

You need to read information in that link carefully.
"NOTE: Do not submit a request if you have just recently been approved, allow approximately 90 days to receive your new card. You can check the status of your case using the My Case Status Tool. If Case Status Online indicates that the card was mailed, you should be provided with a United States Postal Service tracking number".
Call USCIS on Monday and talk to tier 2 officer, they will tell you what to do the next. Then follow the instruction in that link. Don't try to do anything else before you gather enough information from USCIS. Misleading information from the others  can cause more problem. 

You need to contact USCIS and try to explain situation  to tier 2 officer. They will resend your GC by mail.

I think you should all hold your horses. For citizenship, USCIS has 120 days from the date of the initial naturalization interview to issue a decision. If the decision is not issued within 120 days of the interview, an applicant may request judicial review.
 
Although not explicitly stated for adjustment of status, I would expect similar time for them to adjudicate your petition. You’re not even at the two month mark, in my unsolicited opinion you’re not yet in a position to demand anything of USCIS.

Guys, I passed visa interview on Nov 5th.

I just had my green card interview a couple days ago. The officer interviewed us is a 30something years old gentleman, he apologized for our long waiting( It took over 3 years to get my K1 visa approved, it took over 2 years to get final green card interview), then he started to ask us questions......I started crying when he told us I would be receiving a 10 years green card instead of 2 years conditional green card, by then all those memories in my mind started to play back like films, I said to my partner "Bill, did you hear what officer just said, it's a 10 years green card, not 2 years one", we both cried at that moment.
Anyway, it seems that officer interviewed us is some sort of supervisor, he even told us that my cased would be proved in at most 2 days, which turned out to be true. So I'll be receiving a 10 years green card in a couple weeks(officer told us that as well). My partner and I have been together for 16 and half years, officer interviewing us even said we have made a long journey  in all these years.
All cases are different in one way or another. I don't know how they make decisions whether to give your wife 2 years or 10 years green card.  I wish you a good luck.

Have you received any email from Guangzhou? If so, just follow the instruction for visa interview in your email. Be ware that you need to schedule the interview  before getting medical exam which takes a whole week to get result back from health clinic located in Beijing and takes 3 working days to get result back from clinic located just  behind the Consulate of Guangzhou.  You need to make sure to reserve plenty of time between medical test and final visa interview. Don't book flight or hotel before you get medical result back.

I'm hoping that my visa will be issued this Friday. We've been waiting for this visa for nearly 14 years.  Some time in early of 2005, The moment when we decided to live together In Beijing destined that this journey wouldn't be easy at all. It took  over 3 years to get our case approved by USCIS officer.   Thank you for your warm comment.
