Thank you but I respectfully disagree, the 751 is just a re hash of the 485 with more pictures and updated month to month personal info.  They can get the file with a key stroke on spot. Trust me they know who is probably legit or not. It has nothing to do with where my friend went to law school…he works many caes every week and SEES some 751s not approved but get approved on spot.

Real quick info if anyone wants to know, 7-15 citizenship interview, 8-5 oath ceremony, 8-29 passport in hand….done. It didn’t really quite feel real that it was over until I saw my wife’s US passport today you know something that we all use.

I feel ya, we are done and about 5 weeks until passport...trust me it feels great! I'm holding onto everything I have for my wife, all her old history, old addresses, family data education everything but man I'm deleting and tossing out like crazy all the lame proof we had to do provide to prove we weren't committing fraud that grew year over year for 4 years, month to month for living document evidence no longer needed (bills, credit card statements, bank statements, insurance etc. all financial month to month non sense we had to gather so big like a old school yellow pages).

Well I’m guessing the God like vision the FBI is made out to be here and if they don’t care who should tone vs the USCIS is that the FBI was for and 8-5 job vs USCIS dealing with forced human trafficking or forced sex slave day in and day out so they want to know……you know to protect somebody’s life no biggie…..OP just tell the truth do yourself a favor if this is important to you, you screwed up like the rest of us at one point regardless if gone or not and yeah it’s still on your record just not accessible to some checks……Been through many FBI, CIA checks the Feds keep the records so why wouldn’t FEDs at DHS USCIS have access to them also? They do if you give them reason to suspect you. 
 
It doesn’t matter if you believe they are gone or not…the question was ask, not answering is the same as lying if you withhold info, this concept isn’t hard.

N 400 interview was 7/14 and passed but couldn't make a decision pending I 751. 7/20 N-400 approved. 8/5 Oath Ceremony.
 
What a mind blowing process started in 2018, glad to have the Feds out of my bed.

Anyone waiting on 10 year green card can keep waiting or file N 400 when your eligible, we filed N 400 4/3/22 and my wife has Citizenship test 7/14/22. Still waiting on 10 year green card I 751 but God willing she passes it’s a mute point. YSC is still the worst

Congrats to you,  I was paying attention to your post as well as your frustration, I am Oakland Park as well and believe it or not I interviewed back in January 13th of this year and still no oath schedule yet. I had to go to the office last week and security won't let me in obviously due to info pass no longer allowed. Luckily I had my government badge and was given courtesy to get in all to find out my background check is still not cleared hence hold up.  I received a text last night uscis officer should be calling me.i am more than sure telling me same thing or maybe good news but you are lucky u did not have to wait much longer.  Best of luck and congrats again
