  1. The interview was fast, I wasn't allowed inside, just in the waiting room, but everything went well, I-751 was dismissed/combined since we moved on to N-400, the interview was was all about the study questions. My spouse was told to expect the oath letter in the mail. I just check our USCIS account and NOA for Oath ceremony is on its way and scheduled for December 8th! So excited!!
  2. Hello Everyone, this is our timeline... will keep you posted. Almost over!! N-400 interview 10/06/22 in Washington, DC. N-400 interview NOA 08/30/22. Biometrics 06/15/22. N-400 Online filing 05/10/22. NOA 05/17/22. ROC 03/09/21. NOA 04/09/21. NOA Extension came on 12/13/21.
  3. Hello Everyone, Going of what has been discussed lately I have found this link. https://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/conditional-resident-awaiting-i-751-approval-consider-filing-n-400-for-naturalization.html They suggest writing a cover letter with your N-400 application. Since I applied online I can still add documents to it, so I'll give it a go. Better luck everyone!! @LarryHickman F'ing sucks! I'm so sorry that happened! That's some bs.
  4. @Kateryna_I about the driver's license... I think the issue is that many people that work in those places are not familiar with the immigration laws or what goes on. Your UCIS letter should be enough proof to show that you are still good to go, maybe try at a different branch, call and verify to see if they know about the process of an extension letter. I'm in the March 2021 filers and have been waiting for an interview since Dec '21. We sent our N-400 in May, just had the appointment w/ biometrics finally, one step closer. But I would suggest whoever is still waiting and can apply for the N400 to go ahead, at least it will get the ball rolling again. Hopefully we get a date soon for the final step. Good luck everyone.
  5. Congrats!! how soon after the biometrics appointment did you have an interview or was the interview for green card 10/citizen just skipped and citizenship test scheduled? Best of luck to your wife!! All the best! :)
  6. Hello Everyone☀️ SUMMER!! Calor!! Anyways, so we got an appointment for Biometrics for N400!! @ USCIS Alexandria, letter came May 24, 2022. How soon after Biometrics for N400 did anyone get scheduled for an interview? And how was it? Best of luck everyone. 😬
  7. 5/16/22 Received N-400 Receipt in mail. Hurry and wait 😬
  8. Online application is quick, you get to see to Receipt on the same day. Another perk is that you can attach more supporting documents after submitting in case you missed something. I hope this part of the process goes a bit faster.
  9. Just submitted the N-400, never heard about the I-751 besides the extension letters, I can't remember the dates of when I got them, but I did post about it before. So hope to hear or see some movement soon 😊 Best of luck to everyone! 😬
