There are too many variables here for reasonable speculation. A comment along the lines of 'remember to consider xxx' in your plans' is fine- that counts as useful advice. Going out on a limb and predicting all sorts of dire events and circumstances that depend upon a lot of other totally speculative situations to occur is a futile exercise and only serves to create drama and dis-ease. There are enough stressors in the OP's current situation to consider; there is no need to borrow boogeymen from a future that has so many variables that may not ever come to pass.

Please stop the bickering and stop badgering the OP and making irrelevant judgmental comments about what may happen in some unpredictable future. Speculation adds nothing constructive to the matter at hand and only confuses the real issue. Any further such comments will lead to the poster being thread-banned. The OP has no need to 'justify' or explain herself to anyone here.

Kristina, you have received lots of good advice on how to get a clearer view of what your fiance's intentions might be, along with some useful advice about how to proceed from here. If you wish me to close this thread to further discussion, I will.
In the meantime, everyone please restrict your comments to the situation as presented; don't 'speculate' on what may or may not happen several years down the road, and try to provide useful advice the OP can use right now rather than creating unnecessary drama.

I am so happy i found this site. I filed a petition for my fiance for a k1 visa. Recently i have been having doubts about him being genuine. Now that his interview is coming up, he is acting very strange,he always starts argument with me for no reason. He even made a few comments about he doesn't need me bugging him anymore and he will soon get his visa so he doesn't have to deal with me bugging him. We met february of 2011 and I know that he has applied for about 7 tourists visa,all were denied, is this suspicious?. I don't know what to do, my sister told me i should end things before he commits fraud. What can i do at this stage? How do i know he is planning fraud? Thanks.

The affidavit of support is not filed! If the petitioner is not attending the interview..yes he or she can mail it to you to bring to the interview. USCIS has easy and clear instructions about this on there website as well... well wishes to you..

You might be in the september 1st pile. Look at your noa1 notice and look at your received date and your notice date...hang in there should be this week..next monday is the last holiday for awhile🙏🏾..well wishes to you...you are not alone...some early august still waiting...😢

from what i have read before its always quicker in the first 4-5 months of the year. i don't know why. maybe because the holidays are all over.

I'm just hoping these delays transferring from USCIS to NVC get fixed. It's the highest that I've ever seen right now. Hoping it drops back down to a couple weeks. 

Yea, they seem to be pretty quick lately. I just saw that a bigger news website posted an in depth article about how uscis is all backed up and there's essentially no reason for it. same amount of employees, same workload, longer processing times. they basically accused them of slacking off and called for an audit into them. I don't doubt that you start to notice things magically start to pick up over there in the coming weeks. 

But its not helpful to lie...i put more information there now...but i like to keep some info private..as we transition through...i will be happy to reveal more...thanks

So, because i'm Upcountry in Vietnam for Tet, with not much to do.  I decided to look at the California Processing Center stats.
I was curious if there was a reason for the perceived quicking of the processing rate.
 
From June thru November,  the Processing Center received:
1100, 900, 700, 500, 350 and 239 K-1 petitions respectively. 
 
So there is a summer bulge that they worked thru, thus September filers are not far behind those who filed two months earlier.
