Tax return transcript is fine. W2 is fine. As long as they are the lastest transcripts. Just one of them will do.

my interview was done on 3/19 (tuesday), then the status changed to "issued" on yesterday 3/21. Supposed able to collect it on today but when i called to Aramex the staff told me mine is delivery not self pick up. and the address doesnt match with my address. So i requested for self pick up and that can only be done on Monday 3/25.

hey there. i had the same problem except that we never lost our NOA2, USPS lost it. i wrote them a letter stating that i'm unable to provide them the NOA2 and that i provided them with the US Embassy in Singapore interview letter, the e-mail reply from USCIS about our case status that my husband's K1 application with WAC number was approved, and one other thing i don't rmb what it was.

all went well for me. green card is in my wallet. green card interview went well. my interviewing officer never mentioned about the NOA2 being missing.

AL-MJD reacted to dentsflogged in RFE I-485: for supposedly not getting married within 90 days after entering on K1?
    Mistakes can happen, sadly.

Double check all the dates and date formats in your AOS forms - my husband caught a few times in our package where I'd used "normal" (ie: everywhere else on earth) date format vs. US date format.

Also double check that the date on your marriage certificate is correct.

If all the dates are right and in the right format, I'd respond to the RFE with another certified marriage certificate, a copy of your i-94 to show your entry date, and perhaps even ask your celebrant and county clerk to write letters confirming the date of your marriage and the lodgement of the paperwork with the county clerk, just for good measure. Overkill perhaps, but better go for overkill now than risk USCIS doubling-down on their mistake.

AL-MJD got a reaction from NoodleW in Send i-693 with i-485 or take to interview?
My interview letter for adjustment of status writes that I bring my I-693 and vaccination supplement, unless already submitted.

So, I doubt you will get an RFE for not sending an I-693 because if you read Form I-485 Instructions, Page 12, Point 10, Paragraph 3, it says:
"You are NOT required to submit Form I-693 at the time you file your adjustment application, but may do so if you
wish. Because of the time-limited validity of Form I-693, you may choose to submit your Form I-693 after you file
your Form I-485. You may also submit Form I-693 in person at an interview in a USCIS field office, if an interview is
required. By waiting to submit Form I-693, you may avoid having to repeat the immigration medical examination."

That being said, if you entered on a K1 Visa, then Form I-693 Instructions, Page 7 of 12, Point 3, may apply to you. It says:
"If you were admitted as a:
    A. K-1 fiancé(e) or a K-2 child of a K-1 fiancé(e); or
    B. K-3 spouse of a U.S. citizen or a K-4 child of a K-3 spouse of a U.S. citizen; and
    C. You received a medical examination prior to admission, then:
    (1) You are not required to have another medical examination as long as you file your Form I-485 within one year
of an overseas medical examination; and
    (a) The panel physician did not find a class A medical condition during your overseas examination; or
    (b) The panel physician did find a class A medical condition, you received a waiver of inadmissibility, and
you have complied with the terms and conditions of the waiver.
    (2) Even if a new medical examination is not required, you must still show proof that you complied with the
vaccination requirements. If the vaccination record (DS 3025) was not properly completed and included
as part of the original overseas medical examination report, you will have to have the Part 9. Vaccination
Record completed by a designated civil surgeon. In this case, you must submit Parts 1., 2., 3., 4., 6., and 9.
    of Form I-693

So hi, I submitted my I-485 application with a letter stating why I am not submitting an I-693, that I was an approved K1-Visa applicant and that I have already undergone a medical exam in Singapore. I wrote in the mentioned letter that I am providing a DS 3025 that was given to me instead as well as photocopies of my vaccination certificates. Fast-forward to today, I have not received an RFE but I do have an interview date.

I hope this helps you. Good luck!

No tips. No it won't affect your medical exam. But you should really bring your doctor's note into America so that you can ask for a prescription from an American doctor.

Yes! I gave the tax return the one which has many pages, about 80 i think.. i printed tax returns from last 3 years (2015-2017) but they only requested for the latest one which is 2017. I also printed my fiances bank statement, payslips and letter of employment but they didnt take those paperwork from me, only the tax return.

I believe the latest one should be 2017 as 2018 will only be out in around April, Hope this helps!

AL-MJD got a reaction from Ate in Child support nightmare.
I'm sorry to hear that. I'm dealing with an annoying ex too. She used to get 1k in child support for 1 child and freely asks for more money throughout the years; extra money for clothes, electricity bills, school supplies. Once, she even had her daughter ask my husband when the WiFi will come back on. The last straw for me was when she asked my husband for money to throw the daughter a birthday party when she returned after her TWO-MONTHS visitation with us. Mind you, my husband paid child support during the two months our daughter was with us. And like clockwork, she was definitely going to ask for school supplies money ($200) after her daughter returns. What I did was psycho my husband into filing for a complaint to modify the divorce decree terms and custody. Our daughter lives with us now in Nebraska and we are filing for child support enforcement because the ex has not given us child support since the temporary stipulated order in August last year up to now when the case has been closed in our favour for a month.

In Nebraska, you must pay child support through the state, and my husband at first did not know that, he paid through a joint account with the ex. When the state went after him for child support, my husband got out of it by proving that he was current. The mother lives in Virginia, and money was taken out in Virginia while my husband is in Nebraska, there are little purchases he made through his card(gas, food) to prove he was in Omaha at the time the money was withdrawn in Virginia. In addition to that, the money was withdrawn under the ex-wife's card. Even if she had gone through the trouble of claiming we didn't pay child support, which she is not beyond doing, she wouldn't get anything extra.

Unfortunately I cannot tell you if it will affect your K1 Visa, because my husband coincidentally settled the issue on June 2017, that mid-month was when we filed for K1. Nothing other than coincidence, we first met in person that late February, 4 months earlier, was already planning to file in April, just didn't get to it until then. Not being current on spousal/child support can be, not is, but can be grounds for rejection. It affects the Affidavit of Support. As long as your husband can support you while you are in America, or he can find a joint sponsor, you should be fine.

I really used to worry about it. I know how you feel. During the entire process, the ex was often jealous and kept threatening to either call the feds for some reason, or go to court for SOMETHING; for child tax credit issues, for more money other than child support, for Christmas presents money. Once, she said she would call USCIS informing them that i am a camgirl just looking for a green card. She said the feds will believe her because she is a citizen and I am just a foreigner. Another time she wanted to warn USCIS that my husband is a sexual predator. None of it is true. Legit for anything that she thinks she can, she will threaten to call SOMEBODY. My husband used to tell me during that time that it would be too ridiculous if the feds or any authorities including USCIS listened to every single jealous ex, so i hope my story helps put you at a little bit of an ease.

Fast forward a year and a half, we're really happy. My extended family, even the ex's parents and siblings have seen an obvious positive change on my daughter, they all talk about it to me all the time. I don't see an obvious change of course, because she lives with me, but I can tell you there is a humongous difference from when she was living with her mother and when she is living with me and my husband, down to hygiene practices.

If none of the above really helps you, then just make sure your husband is compliant and helpful with the feds or whatever authority. Do it all as quickly as possible. I'm very certain it will all work out for you.

i do agree that proof of joint assets and other joint-stuff isn't mandatory .

    3. Your NOA2 has an expiry date on it. Don’t be too late. And while you wait for your packet3, start to prepare your documents. You can refer to the list of items in previous pages.
    4. By embassy
    5. No. Only if you are from Philippine, you need single certificate.
    6. Not sure if Malaysia embassy can do that for you. But just go to the courthouse for the marriage certificate. That won’t do any harm. As I am not sure if USCIS accepts the registration from Malaysia embassy. You can do more research on VJ.

I was at the embassy 20 minutes prior to my appointment. Everything went well, although Fullerton hasn't sent them my medical report so I'll have to wait for that... 😐 Here's my review (I also posted this on the consulate page here on VJ). Hope this will help other filers:
    - Got there 20 minutes prior to appointment (not necessary but I wanted to get there with time to spare)
    - Handed over my smartphone and earphones to the guard before passing through the detector
    - A lady told me to wait for my name to be called at counter 7
    - I didn't find a clock anywhere in the waiting room so I am quite thankful I wore a watch. That helped me keep track of time.
    - There's a instant photo booth in the waiting room but it's 10 dollars for 2 photos. Just FYI! Like most people, I got my photos done somewhere else for much cheaper.
    - They called my name around 10 minutes past my appointment time. Went to counter 7.
    - The officer at counter 7 asked for my passport, birth certificate, certificate of clearance, I-134, passport photos, etc. He also asked if I/my fiancé was ever married and/or had kids. He was quite cheery, even chatted with me about the area I'm living in ("Oh, you're living near XXX! I have a friend who used to live there..."). Gave me this IMBRA/domestic violence booklet and told me that I should read it while I am waiting for the CO to call on me.
    - Waited for another 10-15 minutes. CO called on me at counter 8
    - Swore that I am telling the truth. Quick fingerprinting.
    - A few questions on how we met, when we met, when was the next time we met, when did we realise the relationship was getting serious, when he proposed/if it's a mutual decision, what he does for a living, what his dad does for a living (his dad is our co-sponsor), what I do for a living, how we keep in touch when we're not together, and what our wedding plans are. He was not stern, but not super friendly. Just professional.
    - He also asked me to explain IN MY OWN WORDS what the booklet said. Essentially that I have legal support if I am abused and we have to get married within 90 days of my arrival in the US.
    - He told me that everything looks good! BUT ---
    - He said that Fullerton has not sent my medical report and that I will have to wait till it gets in (probably in the next week or 2). This was disappointing but I kinda knew that already because of prior reviews here of Fullerton. Funnily, he sounded quite exasperated about Fullerton and the medical report not being mailed in so I think he must know about this?). I asked if there's anything I can do to speed that up, and he said no, that calling them wouldn't help either - just gotta wait till it gets mailed. He kept my passport since I have no travel plans.
    - That's it! Out of the embassy around 50 minutes from my appointment.
    - P.S. He didn't ask for evidence of ongoing relationship/letter of intent etc even though I had them ready with me.
    Now, more waiting

On another note, we sent 3 photos of us having met prior to submitting our petition and I, as the beneficiary, was not asked for any photo proof of relationship or any proof for all that matter during the interview. It was odd and I didn't even notice until I was out of the building.

Honestly, you could simply wait for packet 3 to come to the beneficiary's home. Or via e-mail. And one of the letters that come with packet 3 has your case number on it.

But your invoice ID will never reach you. Neither my hubby nor I received any letter or e-mail informing us of our case number and invoice ID. Only when I called in, and I called in a day after they sent our case on its way - many days after NVC assigned us a case number.

To be absolutely fair, you can make do without calling into NVC. Just calling in and receiving your case number and invoice ID gives you access to an online portal where you can keep track of where your case is.

To be honest. I don't know. Fullerton will tell you at most 10 working days. When I went for my interview on the 24th April, the officers there did not even mention about my medical report and I did not notice until I was out the gates, so I assume it has arrived. I went to my medical on 9th April, 2 weeks and 1 day before my interview.

I am under the impression that all Philipina citizens are required to submit CENOMAR no matter which country their interview is in. I cannot be too sure, I am Singaporean, unmarried, and was not required to submit marriage records.

But I have heard about CENOMAR in this forum.
