I have been on medication for a number of years for anxiety and depression, however, im fine, iv never been a threat or harmed myself or others.

I am getting a doctors note to say this and they are going to continue to supply me with this medication for the foreseeable.

Any tips? Will this affect my medical exam?

No tips. No it won't affect your medical exam. But you should really bring your doctor's note into America so that you can ask for a prescription from an American doctor.

Many, many, have gotten their visas from London with similar issues. The doctor letter you have is key to get the medical clinic in London to pass you as far as the medical exam results that go to the embassy.
