Approximately 3 to 5 months after filing Form N-400, USCIS will mail the naturalization interview appointment notice. Make every attempt to attend the scheduled interview time.
Good luck boss .
Thanks bruv

Good Luck!
Kool, hope so .. close to the finish line

What is the timeline for N-400 interview base on USCIS - we are actively reviewing your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization. By the way, I’m in Dallas, Texas.

Op, please clarify. Are you saying N400 was approved without an interview?
Had a N400 interview in October 2023, but the officer conducted a i751 instead, asked a few questions but never got to the N400 interview as far as civil test, etc. That’s when I received the notice with the information.

Wow, that is pretty interesting. I have never heard of an N400 being approved without a civics, and English test. I know when my wife's N400 came up she also had an I751 pending and the IO conducted a very brief I751 interview prior to my wife's N400 interview, but my wife still had a civics and English test.
One other question, was your spouse with you for the I751 interview?
Good Luck!
I said the same thing when I saw the i751 approval and additional message. She was with me and our baby was also there.

OK, I am curious, you say the N400 interview was canceled, did you ever go to an N400 interview? I have never heard of an N400 being approved without an interview.
As to the notice, my wife received the same notice after her joint I751/N400 interview.
Good Luck!

Have anyone received this type of notice from USCIS and by the way USCIS cancel my N400 interview. We have approved your I-751, Petition ot Remove Conditions on Residence. Our records also indicate we have approved your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization. Because we also approved your N-400, you will not receive a new Permanent Resident Card (also known as a Green Card). Instead, once you have taken the Oath of Allegiance, you will receive a Certificate of Naturalization, which wil be proof of your US.. citizenship. If you have any questions regarding this process, please contact the USCIS contact center at 800-375-5283.

@MorganandMichael very unfortunate situation and little stressful playing the waiting game . I use to live in Houston by the way and visit frequently, def can visit the organization when I come out there in a few weeks
-
@boris64 yeah is crazy, just like you say it could be part of the raid going on with ICE and just happen to fall in it for whatever reason. Taking the same approach as far as my wife not to answer the door for no one. Keep you updated.
-
@Highmystic yeah but def keep you guys posted
-
@celie&joseph Thanks, def going to follow to get to the bottom of it, is all already frustrating with the waiting game as far as EAD, interview, etc and this happen ... Just unfortunate but good look on your process

@fip & jim they were and didn't come inside the house
-
They did when we showed up for the July 9 visit because they said if we don't show up, they will arrest her and will be deported.
-
@geowrian I'm def going to do that
-
@USS_Voyager I was def upset especially That's her form of ID untill we can get her a proper state ID at the DMV. Pretty did fingerprint, took her passport and gave her a stack of paperwork to carry and told us to come next month
-
@Loren Y def hit the nail on the head, I tried my best filling AOS before 90 days but had so fianicially difficulty. I have the location where the passport is located, hopefully I can retrieve it next month for next visit since we planning on traveling while we wait for EAD and green card interview
-
@Ironclad43 she's def here legally and taking the proper channels while we wait for EAD and our Green card interview
-
@Daphne K you're right, a little stressful ... And just a matter of time while we continue to wait for EAD and our Green card interview.. thanks
-
@Bill & Katya she didn't show any and they didn't ask for any, all they ask was we see you're here on a K1 visa and did you get married after 90 days, gave her his card to show up July 9 and bring her passport
-
-
@Bill & Katya they know and they even ask her if she was married before 90 days, she said YES. And I have all documents from i129 documents, NOA from 485, etc
-
@missileman only thing I can think of is I been having problem putting my wife on my apartment lease so I can have it ready for our Green card interview and been having problem doing it with my leasing office, maybe they called or a neighbor. But I don't have anything to hide especially she's here legally and we ready to start a family
-
@geowrian I was shocked, my wife doesn't have a criminal record what so ever, neither do I ... She came here legally, spend thousands of dollars on paperwork just to be harass by ICE like she's a criminal

I had a similar situation, you need to call the number to get a appointment to go to your local USCIS office, so you can talk to a supervisor about why your case, why is taking so long plus there is a video on YouTube that will direct you to talk to someone. By the way I had a 751 that was pending for almost 3 years and N400 that was pending for a year. I was schedule an interview that same day, interview was October 15th and oath ceremony was October 25th
